The subjects were 54 undergraduate students who major in early child care education related field. Twenty-eight participated in a course, ‘Guidance for Young Children’, where flipped learning instruction was applied, and the comparison group(28 participants) attended a traditional lecture for one semester. Survey on self-leadership and learning motivation was conducted during the 1st and the 15th week and an in-depth interview with 8 subjects from the experimental group, who voluntarily agreed to participate, was conducted. T-test and open coding was used to analyze the data. The results were as follows. First, flipped learning instruction had a positive effect on pre-service teachers’ self-leadership. Second, flipped learning instruction showed positive effect on pre-service teachers’ learning motivation. Among the sub scales, there were positive effects on attention, relativeness, and satisfaction. Third, pre-service teachers could actively participate in learning and also focus on learning through process-based flipped instruction strategy. The flipped class experience motivated the teachers to hold initiative in improving work capacity and also helped regulate their thoughts and behaviors. The qualitative research, expecially biographical methodology approach was adopted to analyze the severely disabled couple’s marriage life. Participants were two pairs of severly disabled couples who have been married for more than 10 years. Interviews with the participants were conducted 5 to 6 times per participant, 2 to 3 hours per session in the welfare center program room and their home. Three questions based on the biographical analysis framework of Mandelbaum(1973) were studied. As results, in the marriage experience of severely disabled couple, the area of life was derived from ‘religion’, ‘social services’, ‘poverty’, ‘social relations’ and ‘individual activities’. Turning point of marriage came out as ‘spousal selection depend on pity each other’, ‘childbirth and parenting’, ‘meeting the need for relationship’, ‘policy improvement’. Finally, adaptation showed ‘thank you now’, ‘embrace me and my spouse’, and ‘going one step further’. Understanding of spouse disability led to gratitude of life and marital satisfaction. There has been an attempt to solve various disillusions that have been abandoned due to disability since middle age, and actively participate in social activities, such as arts and cultural educations. To this end, collaborative mentoring proceeded to identify problems through children observation-searching for causes-exploring for alternatives through external consultation and then practice-re-mentoring after mentoring and reflection. The research participants were 6 teachers who work with the researcher and external consultant. The data were collected from March 2, 2016 to July 1, 2016 through participation observation, teacher - research consultant, teacher - researcher''s reflective journal writing, and qualitative analysis was conducted. As a result, early childhood teachers strengthened positive awareness and improved competence in terms of guiding maladjusted children through the collaborative mentoring process. Second, the teachers developed their own effective method based on reflective thinking and began to practice these methods in their daily lives. Third, various guidance methods were explored based on expert knowledge from a consultation with external advisors, and a collaborative system was formed with the family, which allowed teachers to experience increased trust and confidence in themselves. This study was conducted on middle - aged men and women aged between 40 and 65 years in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The survey was conducted for 11 days from November 13 to 24, 2017, and the final 328 of the questionnaires distributed to 400 people were used as the analysis data. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of AAS (1993), CES-D (1992) and SES (1982). The collected data were analyzed using statistical programs SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results of data analysis were as follows. First, aging anxiety had a negative influence on depression. Especially among the sub factors of aging anxiety ‘concern of old age’ and ‘fear of losses and physical appearance’ had a negative influence on depression. Second, self-efficacy had a positive influence on depression and reduced depression. Third, self-efficacy had meaningful moderating effects on the relationship between aging anxiety and depression. In conclusion, This study suggests that psychological crisis and depression need to be assessed in order to improve the quality of life of middle-aged adults physically and emotionally. For this purpose, 20 child care teachers at day care centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Daejeon were selected. Based on their career experiences, the teachers were divided into five focus groups. Interview data was analyzed after focus group interviews were conducted with these five groups. The results of this study suggest that child care teachers have used various methods to experience the three types of reflective thinking processes proposed by Killion and Todnerm (1991): reflective thinking for high-quality teacher-child interactions, reflective thinking in the practice of high-quality teacher-child interaction, and reflective thinking about high-quality teacher-child interaction. Participants were 364 children aged 4-5, their mothers and teachers. Children''s effortful control was measure by the Red-green sign task and reports of mothers and teachers. Structural equation modeling was performed to examine pathways from children''s negative emotionality and parenting behaviors of their mother to their early childhood program adaptation through their effortful control. The major results of this study revealed that young children’s negative emotionality and maternal parenting behaviors had indirect effects on their adaptation to early childhood programs through their effortful control measured by a structured task; direct pathways from children''s negative emotionality and parenting behaviors of their mothers to their adaptation were not found. It was implied that young children’s effortful control played a mediating role not only in the process in which negative emotionality had effects on their adaptation to early childhood programs but also in the process in which maternal parenting behaviors have effects on the adaptation. Methods: The participants of this study were 596 fifth to sixth graders from seven elementary schools located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi province. To measure the research variables, the Peer Conflict Scale (Marsee, Kimonis, & Frick, 2004), the Psychological Control Scale (Barber, 1996) and the Children’s Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire (Downey, Lebolt, Rincon, & Freitas, 1998) were used. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and t -tests. Also, structure equation model (SEM) were used to examine the mediating role of rejection sensitivity. Results: The results of this study were as follows. First, the level of paternal psychological control increased the level of children’s relational aggression whereas the level of maternal psychological control had no significant effect on it. In addition, the level of rejection sensitivity had a significant positive influence on the level of relational aggression. These tendencies were observed on both boys and girls. Second, only for boys, rejection sensitivity in upper elementary school students partially mediated the relation between paternal psychological control and relational aggression. Also, for both boys and girls, rejection sensitivity completely mediated the relation between maternal psychological control and relational aggression.
