Assessment items' difficulty and discrimination are determined by logistic regression to improve detector's performance. Students' result on assessment are predicted by Bayesian network with assessment items as nodes. The probability that the student may fail is calculated based on the properties of nodes for each path, the threshold probability is set as 0.9 to improve the accarucy for the prediction. The precision and recall of the prediction depends on number of layers of the network, the assessment item's difficulty and discrimination. Based on the Kowch's participatory teaching and learning (PTL) principles for networked organizations, the authors analyze the integration of new talent patterns emerging in more agile interdisciplinary education systems connected through information and technologies, and propose principles for collaboration through machines as AI participants and principles for designing new education systems where the teams with AI can thrive. Taking a different angle from the traditional linear education system design tasks and education institution redesigns, the proposed principles assume more time for education and training leaders to take stronger leadership roles in the creation of better teams with AI augmentation. We offer principles for designing education institutions that are capable of adapting with these innovations and we also offer principles for designing these next generation learning environments. In this study, 604 publications from 2016 to 2018 on Web of Science (WOS) database were selected into analysis. The distribution of different categories and regions of these studies was analyzed. The \"Education & Educational Research\" was the biggest category of all the studies. USA was the most productive region in the 2016 to 2018. The most influential author based on these studies was Ronald T Azuma. We found that pan-entertainment about haze issue is reflected in subjects, information content, objects, language style and emotional expression. The study found that the star was involved is the most typical features on public issues on Weibo. ID and postmodernism are pan-entertainment intrinsic driving force. The paper introduces the technology and method to solve the problem. With educational specific channel and CATV network, the broadcast source encrypted by specific frequency, will be transmitted and thus the communication of educational resources will be realized. No matter where the users are, they can watch and listen to the teaching content by CATVSTB, and many functions like the real-time teaching, video conference and information publishing are realized. Compared with other information technology, the cost of control center and customer terminal is greatly decreased, the construction cycle is shortened while the application effect is outstanding.
