With educational specific channel and CATV network, the broadcast source encrypted by specific frequency, will be transmitted and thus the communication of educational resources will be realized. No matter where the users are, they can watch and listen to the teaching content by CATVSTB, and many functions like the real-time teaching, video conference and information publishing are realized. Compared with other information technology, the cost of control center and customer terminal is greatly decreased, the construction cycle is shortened while the application effect is outstanding. It is a method to realize equalization.
