Study on Monitoring and Evaluation of Educational ICT Development Level of County (District) Supported by Data Analysis

Abstract

The construction of all aspects of educational ICT in China is in a period of rapid development. It is especially important to comprehensively monitor and evaluate the educational ICT development level, accurately grasp the progress of construction, timely discover the developmental short board and make a scientific development plan. Based on the monitoring and evaluation framework of educational ICT development level of county (district), this paper develops corresponding monitoring and evaluation tools, selects two counties (districts) for monitoring and then analyze the educational ICT of two counties (districts) on the basis of data, in the hope of providing a reference for the monitoring and evaluation of the educational ICT development level at county (district) level.
