To fill the research gap, this paper aims to explore the learning performance of children's after-school education through the importance-satisfaction model. This study collected 862 valid questionnaires from respondents who had children participating in after-school education, and used \"Cronbach's α\", \"Composite Reliability\", \"Factor Loading\" and \"Average Variances Extracted\" for testing the reliability and validity of the measurement model. The results by analysis of the importance-satisfaction model show that the teaching quality indicators of \"excellent area\", \"to be improved area\", \"surplus area\" and \"care-free area\" are 4, 3, 7, and 2, respectively. This study collects data through questionnaires, and the internet analyzes college students’ characteristics cheating in exams and establishes the competency onion model points. Through weighted analysis of influencing factors by SAS, this paper explores the external and internal causes of undergraduates cheating from four levels: society, universities, families, and individuals, then puts forward the ways to cultivate undergraduates academic morality in the examination. The examination is an essential link in teaching activities and tests teaching quality; it also is a necessary way to select talents through competition and elimination. However, there are still insufficient empirical studies on this group’s continuance intention of MOOC platform. Based on the immersion theory, this paper integrates the information system success model and the technology acceptance model to construct the theoretical model of Continuance intention of the MOOC platform in Chinese universities, and reveals the influence of the quality of the MOOC platform itself on the continuance intention. By constructing a structural equation model, this paper makes an empirical analysis, showing that the information, system and service quality of MOOC platform in Chinese universities have a positive impact on students’ continuance intention of MOOC platforms. To simplify the process, a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm with competition mechanism has been proposed. The algorithm maintains the diversity of the population through the max and min angle between the general individual and the more excellent individual. The performance of the proposed NMOPSO is verified by comparing with three advanced multi-objective algorithms.
