By constructing a structural equation model, this paper makes an empirical analysis, showing that the information, system and service quality of MOOC platform in Chinese universities have a positive impact on students’ continuance intention of MOOC platforms. 摘要

随着MOOC的发展,大学生是中国社会影响力最大、对MOOC教育接受程度最高的群体。然而,关于这一群体对MOOC平台的延续意愿的实证研究仍然不足。本文以沉浸理论为基础,整合信息系统成功模型和技术接受模型,构建了我国高校MOOC平台延续意愿的理论模型,揭示了MOOC平台本身质量对延续意愿的影响。本文通过构建结构方程模型进行实证分析,发现我国高校MOOC平台的信息质量、系统质量和服务质量对学生继续使用MOOC平台的意愿具有正向影响。本文的研究成果对MOOC平台的建设具有一定的理论和实践意义。
