This study collects data through questionnaires, and the internet analyzes college students’ characteristics cheating in exams and establishes the competency onion model points. Through weighted analysis of influencing factors by SAS, this paper explores the external and internal causes of undergraduates cheating from four levels: society, universities, families, and individuals, then puts forward the ways to cultivate undergraduates academic morality in the examination. The examination is an essential link in teaching activities and tests teaching quality; it also is a necessary way to select talents through competition and elimination. Abstract
