Lunga e um paladino em consequencia de um lugar e de um momento historico, que propoe a insurgencia da sociedade local, sendo um revolucionario que se encontra fora do padrao estudado por Campbell. Sua trajetoria extrapola o caminho do heroi grego e do super-heroi americano, causando uma maior identificacao do espectador brasileiro a sua realidade. {"title":"TRABALHO E EDUCAÇÃO DE ADULTOS EM ÁREAS DE REFORMA AGRÁRIA: A PRODUÇÃO DA CONSCIÊNCIA","authors":"Nágela Aparecida Brandâo","doi":"10.22409/TN.V19I40.50872","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22409/TN.V19I40.50872","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this article is to present part of the reflections undertaken during the doctoral research whose object of study was the educational practices developed in an agrarian reform settlement in Minas Gerais, understood as practices that develop in the production and in the relationships engendered by it. From the understanding of the concrete and historically determined meaning of the work in the settlement, we sought to understand how this relationship is established. Given the complexity of the theme and the set of variables that should be taken into account at the time of field research, it was decided to privilege educational practices built in the productive context, in the work process. The technical procedures for data collection and analysis involved a bibliographic survey as well as interviews and on-site visits that made it possible to apprehend the object of study in its various dimensions. In this text, emphasis will be given to the dimension of political formation understood as the ability to understand and intervene in the choices and decisions relevant to work and collective life in the settlement and the ability to understand the relationship between the struggles in the settlement and the more agrarian reform and a popular-democratic project for Brazil. In the field of studies of Youth and Adult Education, it is essential to bring work and the condition of worker to the pedagogical agenda, not only in the sense of seeing EJA students as working students or putting work as a subject of study, but also them to the center of the training process. Naquele momento, essa designacao esclarecia o que o entrevistador via como um “emaranhado de interpretacoes” que caracterizaria tal nivel de ensino. A resposta do nosso educador nos permitiu entender que nao havia, propriamente, um “emaranhado de interpretacoes” sobre o 2o. Grau, mas sim a falta de equacionamento do real problema. Saviani foi claro: o “no” que precisaria ser desfeito implicava superar seu historico carater “pendular” decorrente da indefinicao de sua funcao. Se essas eram claras para os 1o e 3o graus, o mesmo nao ocorria com o 2o, que visava, ora preparar para o prosseguimento de estudos – a chamada funcao propedeutica – ora a terminalidade, mediante funcao profissionalizante. Tal indefinicao expressava como a sociedade via a articulacao entre trabalho e educacao. Utiliza categorias do marxismo na analise de documentos oficiais, teses e dissertacoes sobre o ensino medio neste estado.
