El objetivo del articulo es de indica r aspectos resaltantes para la gestion educativa desde la acciones transcomplejas del transgerente, definido por Rodriguez (2017), se uso la Deconstruccion como transmetodo transcomplejo inedito de Rodriguez (2019). Es importante senalar que la interrelaci on que debe coexistir con las instituciones que son campo de aplicacion de las carreras que se administran en las universidades, deben cooperar para la formacion integral del estudiante y deben estar guiadas por el encargado de gerenciar los espacios acade micos, permitiendo una interaccion multidisciplinar que converja en la generacion de acciones propicias para fomentar la accion pedagogica. Las caracteristicas de una gestion transcompleja debe impulsar la formacion desde los diferentes ambitos de aplicaci on universitaria, a saber, la investigacion y la formacion permanente; la extension universitaria y el compartir de saberes y la docencia con una vision transdisciplinaria. For the theoretical foundation of the variables, the proposals of Duran and Duran (2018), Iftakhar (2016), Valdes (2019), Perez and Borras (2017), Montilva and Montilva (2018), among others, were consulted. For the collection of information, a knowledge test was used on the learning of financial mathematics to the control and experimental groups, each group was made up of 23 students. In order to compare the average learning of the two groups, the non-parametric statistical method U of Mann-Whitney was implemented, obtaining the following results: as for the post test, the students exhibit significant disparate conditions referenced to the non-parametric test U of Mann-Whitney (p=0.000) for both the control and experimental groups, while the students of the experimental group achieved better results (Average = 15.04) after the use of Google Tools, with respect to the students of the control group (Average = 10.52). Carlos Rangel in his book \"Del buen salvaje al buen revolucionario\", proposed to denounce many of those fallacies elaborated especially by sectors linked to marxist thought. In that sense, this work aims to perform an analysis of this important work with great validity today. The author analyzes several myths, among them: The purity of indigenous societies, the black legend about the Hispanic conqueror, the acceptance of marxism as a theory in defense of the disadvantaged, imperialism as a cause of the backwardness of the region, are just some of the many wrong rhetoric present in Latin America. The analytical-synthetic method, hermeneutics and heuristics were used to interpret the text. La teoria del discurso ha probado en si misma ser una activa productora de teoria, que puede proporcionar ideas empiricas importantes en la solidificacion y neutralizacion de regimenes discursivos particulares. Todavia, las potencialidades criticas del trabajo teorico de Laclau han sido muchas veces minimizado o descuidado. En lugar de ofrecer una teoria critica completamente formada, Laclau ha sido muchas veces relegado a ofrecer una herramienta descriptiva, en la cual se ha pasado por alto o se ha olvidado las implicaciones criticas subyacentes. Este documento busca reflexionar sobre los potenciales y obstaculos dentro del trabajo de Laclau, para un estudio critico de los medios al vincularse con el rol del marxismo, el capitalismo y la critica. Lo que se conocia como cambio e incertidumbre de la epoca moderna se torno en otros significados, y al parecer seguira modificando la concepcion que se tiene acerca de dichos conceptos. De ahora en adelante los procesos que comunmente se estaba acostumbrado a implementar muy posiblemente sean distintos y tengan otras formas de aplicacion mas ligadas a herramientas tecnologicas. El lugar de trabajo dejo de ser una oficina y se convirtio en todo aquel lugar en el cual se pueda tener una conexion para llevar a cabo los procesos que se deben implementar. Quizas un espacio fisico es sustituido por un espacio virtual y las personas empiecen a valorar la presencia que antes era muy comun. Definitivamente ya nada sera igual. Esta publicacion es un poco distinta de las anteriores, porque si bien es cierto que algunos de los documentos ya habian sido aceptados antes de la implementacion de la cuarentena, algunos otros han sido corregidos en una epoca distinta y bajo unos procesos personales distintos, quizas los autores tuvieron que comunicarse virtualmente para culminarlo o quizas comenzaron a usar herramientas para reunirse virtualmente. (2013), and Block et al. (2013). The study is considered descriptive, field transectional, with non-experimental design. The population was made up of private hospitals in Maracaibo (Zulia, Venezuela) located in the intermediate level (yellow color) according to the classification of hospitals. The results show that private hospitals maintain surplus cash balances invested in marketable securities, handle seasonal fluctuations through liquid assets, control the recovery of accounts receivable and have sufficient balances for the cancellation of accounts payable; on the other hand, short-term financing is basically intended for the acquisition of goods and the payment of suppliers. Las exigencias en relacion con la pronunciacion, si se considera el primer contacto con la lengua extranjera y la adaptacion de su oido fonematico, constituyen un gran reto para el estudiante. El objetivo de este trabajo es describir la pronunciacion del profesor en las clases de espanol como lengua extranjera y segunda lengua, de los niveles A1 y A2, en la Facultad de Espanol para No Hispanohablantes de la Universidad de La Habana. Sirvieron de referencia algunas investigaciones como las de Lahera (2011), Silverio (2014), Mingjin (2016) y Wang (2018). Se trabajo con muestras de lengua oral de cinco docentes, obtenidas durante clases de nivel principiante, pues la esfera academica es la que interesa a los fines de esta investigacion. Se realizo la descripcion articulatoria a partir de la percepcion auditiva, y el software Praat se empleo para la transcripcion de la grabacion y el analisis de aquellos segmentos de la cadena hablada en los que la percepcion sugeria que habia variaciones. El analisis demostro que la pronunciacion se caracteriza por la estabilidad en la realizacion de los sonidos; los informantes tienden a fragmentar el enunciado a favor de la comprension de los estudiantes, lo que limita la pronunciacion correcta de las palabras fonicas, pues desaprovechan posibilidades de sinalefa y enlaces consonante-vocal, propios de las palabras fonicas. Los principales procesos de variacion estan relacionados con los fonemas /s/ y /d/. EnglishIn the teaching context, especially at the initial levels, the most important language model of the foreign language student is the teacher. The requirements in relation to pronunciation, if the first teacher´s contact with the foreign language and the adaptation of phonemic ear are considered, constitute a great challenge for the student. The objective of this work is to describe the pronunciation of the teacher in the classes of Spanish as a foreign language and second language, of levels A1 and A2, in the Faculty of Spanish for Non-Spanish speakers of the University of Havana. Reference was made to some research such as Lahera (2011), Silverio (2014), Mingjin (2016) and Wang (2018). It was worked with samples of oral language from five teachers, obtained during beginner level classes, because the academic sphere is the one that interests the purpose of this research. The articulatory description was made from the auditory perception, and the Praat software was used for the transcription of the recording and the analysis of those segments of the spoken chain in which the perception suggested that there were variations. La base teorica corresponde, entre otros autores, a los planteamientos de Arango (1985), Massey (1998), Foucher (1991), Lin (2001), Burt (2004), Torres (2011) y Vazquez Barquero (2005).La investigacion de naturaleza analitica, explicativa y proyectiva hizo uso de diversas tecnicas documentales y de campo, utiles para el diseno de un modelo teorico-operativo que respondiera a las realidades de los entornos locales de tipo fronterizo, sobre el entramado de factores que pueden incidir en los niveles de desarrollo economico-social, cuando dichos espacios estan afectados por condiciones de diaspora. Utilizando la abduccion inferencial, la deduccion e induccion como metodos de razonamiento logico, se valido teoricamente y contrasto empiricamente. Los resultados muestran que el desarrollo economico local (Maracaibo) contrasta definitivamente con el desarrollo economico a nivel de pais, acentuando los elementos del territorio y sus efectos en las dimensiones economicas, tecnologicas, politicas y sociales. Se concluye sobre la necesidad de reubicar el concepto de desarrollo en un marco constructivista, subjetivo e intersubjetivo, y, por cierto, endogeno. A partir de estos resultados se propone un modelo de planificacion del desarrollo territorial y sostenible para ciudades frontera que puedan gestionar los movimientos migratorios, disenado a partir de una concepcion de anillos concentricos y a su vez reticular, con una elevada porosidad para facilitar las relaciones dinamicas, y sobre todo abiertas, entre los agentes sociales participantes, para el intercambio de informacion con contenidos de valor agregado. EnglishThe objective of the research was to design a sustainable territorial planning model for local border spaces, with the condition of diaspora situations. The theoretical basis corresponds, among other authors, to the approaches of Arango (1985), Massey (1998), Foucher (1991), Lin (2001), Burt (2004), Torres (2011) y Vazquez Barquero (1988). The research of analytical, explanatory and projective nature made use of various documentary and field techniques, useful for the design of a theoretical-operational model that responded to the realities of local border-type environments, on the network of factors that can influence the levels of social-economic development, when these spaces are affected by diaspora conditions. Using inferential abduction, deduction and induction as logical reasoning methods, it was theoretically validated and empirically contrasted. The results show that local economic development (Maracaibo) definitely contrasts with economic development at the country level, accentuating the elements of the territory and their effects on economic, technological, political and social dimensions. Theoretically, it was based on approaches on citizen competences of Chaux, Lleras and Velazquez (2012), Mockus (2012), Tedesco, Opertti and Amadio (2013), as well as the policies established by the Ministry of National Education (2005), still valid for the purposes of this work. The paradigmatic context was quantitative positivist, the research was descriptive, with non-experimental, field design. The population sample was twenty-one (21) high school students from the Beatriz Gutierrez de Vives District Educational Institution. A census and a survey observation technique was applied using a scalar instrument with response alternatives: Always, Almost Always, Almost Never and Never, validated by five experts and with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86.
