A brief description of nine European rowan species from the collection of the South Ural Botanical Garden-Institute of the UFRC RAS (Ufa) is given, included in the sections: Sorbus C. Koch – S. aucuparia L.; Lobatae Gabr. – S. × thuringiaca (Ilse) Fritsch, S. × hybrida L., S. intermedia (Ehrh) Pers., S. mougeotii Soy – Willem. et Godr., S. teodorii Liljef.; Aria Pers. – S. aria L.; S. × latifolia (Lam.) Pers.; Chamaemespilus G. Hedi – S. chamaemespilus (L.) Crantz. The average growing season for European species is 151–171 days, the shortest for Western European S. aria is 151 days, the longest for local S. aucuparia is 171 days. As a result of cluster analysis of phenophases, the studied species were divided into 4 groups: early-blooming and early-flowering, mid-blooming and mid-finishing, late-blooming and late-blooming and late-ending. Differences in the timing of the onset of the main phenological phases may be genetically associated with species characteristics or with their origin, which, in different natural conditions of continental Europe, bloom, blossom, bear fruit and end the growing season at different times. Most of the studied European species (with the exception of S. aria) are characterized by unpretentiousness, so they can be used as an ornamental crop when creating landscape compositions and in private gardens. New to the collection, S. teodorii and S. × latifolia have proven themselves to be promising species with high winter hardiness and resistance, which will expand the range of tree and shrub plants in the Bashkir Cis-Urals.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"10 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141661023","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of a soil-agrochemical survey of unused arable land in 9 districts of the Kansk forest-steppe of the Krasnoyarsk Region are presented. The studies were carried out by the Federal State Budgetary Institution \"Station of Agrochemical Service \"Solyanskaya\" (FGBU \"SAS \"Solyanskaya\") of the Rybinsk District in 2022–2023 within the framework of the state task of the Ministry of Agriculture to conduct surveys (soil, agrochemical and environmental-toxicological) of unused arable land for agricultural purposes. It has been established that the soil cover of unused arable land in the Kansk forest-steppe is dominated by chernozems and gray forest soils. Soils not used for arable land are characterized by medium and high humus content with a weighted average of 6.1 to 8.3 %. The soils are characterized by slightly acidic and close to neutral (5.1–6.3 pH units) environmental reaction. The exception is the sod-podzolic and sod-soil-gley soils of the Taseevo and Uyar Districts, where pHxl has a mode¬rately acidic reaction (4.6–4.9 pH units). Mobile phosphorus in soils is distributed extremely unevenly for soils of the same genetic origin in different administrative regions. The soils of unused arable land located in the northern and central parts of the region are much better provided with this element. Here, the weighted average content of available phosphorus is 211–319 mg/kg. In the southern subzone, the amount of available phosphorus in soils decreases, not exceeding 140 mg/kg. In terms of the content of exchangeable potassium, the fallow soils of the Kansk forest-steppe are provided with a medium to high level. The content of mobile sulfur in the surveyed soils is, as a rule, low and average (0.4–12.0 mg/kg). In the soils of unused arable land in the Aban and Irbey Districts, a high content of this element was noted (12.2–13.3 mg/kg).","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"21 17","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141659747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the results of many years of research at the laboratory of varietal agricultural technologies of the Krasnoyarsk Research Institute of Agriculture, an assessment was made of the effect of surface tillage using the BDM-6 “Rubin” disc harrow and milling, without main treatment, on the yield of 4 varieties of spring wheat in comparison with traditional technology based on moldboard plowing (control ). The harvest was formed under harsh weather conditions, which limited productivity to 0.6–3.6 t/ha. The energy coefficient with minimal processing using ammonium nitrate was 4.8 and with direct sowing without the use of mineral fertilizers it was 4.4. This circumstance necessitates the need to expand methods of soil preparation for sowing, especially after the use of minimal tillage. As an experiment, the surface of the soil was milled with FBN 1.1 for high-quality sowing using a disc seeder SN-16. Treatment with a milling cutter was carried out after the scattering of ammonium nitrate. In general, resource-saving technologies (sowing after disking and sowing without main tillage before milling) reduced production costs by 11–13 %, and fuel consumption decreased by 42–43 % compared to technology based on plowing. Carrying out pre-sowing treatment with a milling cutter guarantees complete cleansing of the soil from early weed shoots; control is carried out using a UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). Differences in yield levels between tillage options are insignificant; NSR05 was 0.4 t/ha. And the influence of mineral fertilizers, well mixed with the soil in the surface layer using a milling cutter, has increased sharply.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"12 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141660132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Field observations were carried out on the basis of the production experience of OOO OPH Dary Malinovki in the Sukhobuzimo District in the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe (56°10′ N and 91°47′ E). The impact of dump and minimal processing technologies on the seaso¬nal dynamics of the activity of carbon cycle enzymes in the layers of agrochernozem is considered. The field experiment scheme is represented by the following options: moldboard plowing (standard), minimal tillage (surface disking), flat-cut tillage (cultivation). The level of polyphenol oxidase activity in the soil of the experimental variants was estimated to be weak. The intraseasonal dynamics of the studied enzymes was significant and correlated with the transformation of the humus accumulation coefficient. On non-dumping backgrounds, the variability of polyphenol oxidase was less variable. The minimum va¬lues of the humus accumulation coefficient were found at the initial stage of introducing the technologies under study during the fallow period of agrochernozems, as well as during the barley growing season. The maximum is in the soil under spring wheat crops. The use of flat-cut cultivators led to a strong relationship between the activity of polyphenol oxidase and the coefficient of humus accumulation. In the soil of all variants, an inverse relationship was observed between peroxidase activity and the coefficient of humus accumulation. The participation of peroxidase in the biochemical processes of mineralization was carried out mainly under the conditions of dump processing of agrochernozems. The activity of oxidoreductase enzymes indicated favorable conditions for the humification of organic compounds and the accumulation of newly formed humic substances in the soil when spring wheat was placed in fallow under conditions of using no-moldboard technologies.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"16 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141659900","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The studies were conducted in 2007–2020 in the Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk-Bogotol forest-steppe on gray soils of fallow lands no longer used for agricultural purposes. Stu-dies were carried out to assess the indicators of the potential and effective fertility of gray soils of fallow lands of the Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk-Bogotol forest-steppe with their various post-agrogenic use. It has been established that forests regenerated on fallow lands do not lead to degradation of soil fertility, especially in terms of the content of humus and agronomically valuable aggregates. The emerging forest litter and tree litter accelerate the accumulation of organic matter, a source of humus. There is weak spatial va¬riation in most indicators of effective and potential fertility in soils under regenerating forest compared to pure fallow lands. With the re-involvement of fallow land into arable land, nitrification somewhat increases, spatial variation in soil properties decreases, and the content of humus and absorbed bases decreases. The structural composition of the soils of all study objects is characterized as excellent (ACF 88–77 %) with an insignificant value of the coefficient of variation of fractions (4–7 %). When reclaiming fallow lands into arable land, the proportion of the blocky fraction is significantly reduced. The spatial variability of the structural composition of soils in fallow lands and hayfields is higher than on arable land, which is asso¬ciated with the “clumpiness” of the ground cover and root system of plants on uncultivated soils. In terms of fertility, post-agrogenic gray soils used for haymaking occupy an intermediate position between clean fallow lands and those overgrown with forest. The productivity of the phytomass of fallow lands, arable land and hayfields in the Krasnoyarsk and Achinsk-Bogotol forest-steppe is more closely correlated with the indicators of the potential fertility of post-agrogenic gray soils. In most cases, the values of the correlation coefficients are closer between phytomass reserves and indicators of effective fertility in the Achinsk-Bogotol forest-steppe, which is associated with more favorable hydrothermal conditions in this research area and optimal water-physical properties.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"44 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141660120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tasks: to grind the original camelina cake into camelina flour and camelina bran; to develop a recipe for flour confectionery products gingerbread and cake health with the addition of 5 to 20 % camelina flour instead of premium wheat baking flour; to conduct an organoleptic assessment and determine the physico-chemical quality indicators of gingerbread and health cakes made from wheat-camelina flour of various ratios. The object of study is camelina flour. A recipe has been developed for a Stolichny type cake and gingerbread made from whole-ground wheat and camelina flour of various ratios with premium-grade wheat baking flour. The parameters and modes for preparing flour confectionery products in the form of cakes and gingerbread have been established. Adding camelina flour to the recipe for both cakes and gingerbread leads to an increase in humidity, alkalinity and the mass fraction of fat in the finished products. The most optimal ratio of premium wheat flour and camelina flour for the production of products is the ratio of 9 : 1, at which the finished products have the most attractive presentation and good organoleptic characteristics. Compared to control samples of flour confectionery made from premium wheat flour, in products made from wheat-camelina flour there is an increase in the content of protein, fats, including polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential amino acids, including limiting ones. Based on the results of research, we can recommend the use of a composite flour mixture of premium wheat flour and camelina flour for the production of flour confectionery products of increased nutritional value at existing confectionery enterprises.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"3 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141659278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The object of the study is the long-term dynamics of mineral and organic fertilizers. Calculations were performed in accordance with the methodology set out in the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation “On approval of methods for quantitative determination of greenhouse gas emissions and greenhouse gas removals” dated May 27, 2022. Data are provided on the introduction of carbon in fertilizers for the period from 1966 to 2022. The area of arable land decreased from 732.0 thousand hectares in 1966 to 559.6 thousand hectares in 2022. The historical minimum and maximum were observed, respectively, for the area of arable land in 2004 (407 thousand hectares) and 1962–1988. (732 thousand hectares), for organic and mineral fertilizers in 2004 (644.1 tons) and in 1989 (37,830.6 tons). In 2022, the total amount of fertilizers applied was 65.1 tons for organic fertilizers, 3,620.6 tons for mineral fertilizers. The range of carbon values in fertilizers was 91.5–25,743.6 tons. There was a decrease in the amount of carbon supplied with fertilizers (from 9002.2 to 1133.1 tons). In 2022, an analysis of the gross values of carbon input with plant residues was carried out. In 2022, 1,501.8 t C ∙ year–1 was added to the arable land with plant residues. Most of them were introduced with wheat. Methodological recommendations were compiled to improve analytical reporting on carbon in agrocenoses, including support for farms implementing measures to accumulate carbon in the soil. It is proposed to create a carbon balance module for agroecosystems in a carbon sequestration database. The proposed solutions will allow monitoring the carbon balance of agroecosystems in the Republic of Khakassia.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"18 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141662471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A literature review of scientific data characterizing the features of the migration activity of 137Cs in the links “soil – feed – livestock products” in agrobiocenoses with radioactive contamination above established standards is given. Based on the results of a radioecological survey of agricultural landscapes in the central regions of the Krasnoyarsk Region and calculation of absorbed doses, the author identified agricultural landscapes with additional technogenic pollution and determined the specific activity of 137Cs in feed and cow's milk in agricultural landscapes with additional technogenic load. The specific activity values of 137Cs in agricultural landscape feeds with doses of 1.33 and 1.55 mGy/year are higher than the background va¬lue for the Krasnoyarsk Region. The content of 137Cs in livestock products produced in farm biogeocenoses with additional technogenic load is higher than the average for the region, but does not exceed the criterion of regulatory documents; accordingly, radiation-safe agricultural products are produced on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Region. For agricultural landscapes with absorbed doses of 1.33 and 1.55 mGy/year, a KP for the link “feed – livestock products” has been established. When the radioecological situation changes, the established Kp values can be used to predict the migration of 137Cs in the chain “soil – feed – livestock products”. A direct linear moderate Spearman rank correlation was identified between the specific activity of 137Cs in feed and the concentration of 137Cs in cow's milk. Linear regression equations have been determined to determine the specific activity of cow's milk based on data on the specific activity of 137Cs in feed. The revealed direct linear relationship indicates that even a slight increase in the 137Cs activity of the diet leads to an equivalent increase in the specific activity of technogenic cesium in cow's milk.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"24 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141660434","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objectives: to identify the effect of aqueous extracts of different concentrations of the dry aerial part of T. inodorum on the dynamics of germination and the initial growth of test plant seedlings; to compare the allelopathic effects of T. inodorum identified by two biotesting methods. We used classical methods for determining the allelopathic activity of plants by biotesting on seeds and seedlings of higher plants. The preparation of a concentrated (1 : 25) aqueous extract was carried out using the hot extraction method (4 g of the above-ground part of the three-rib was poured into 100 ml of boiling water and infused for 1 hour). By successively diluting the initial extract, solutions of lower concentrations were obtained (1: 50, 1: 100 and 1: 200). The results obtained indicate a high allelopathic activity of aqueous extracts of the dry aerial part of T. inodorum, which is expressed in a decrease in seed germination and inhibition of seedling growth. With an increase in the concentration of aqueous extracts of three-ribs, the sizes of the root and hypocotyl naturally decrease. Moreover, the most sensitive organ of the test plant is the root, the size of which at the weakest concentration (1: 200) decreases by almost 2 times, while the size of the hypocotyl decreases slightly. A more clear concentration dose-effect relationship was shown by the results of biotesting for root elongation. As the concentration of extracts increases, the size of watercress roots gradually decreases, and the toxicity index of aqueous extracts increases from 21.4 to 86.6 %.","PeriodicalId":283993,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of KSAU","volume":"77 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141662798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
