To achieve the objective of this study, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach including advocacy and movement analysis and data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study show that most of the hill objects are controlled and become legal private ownership rights. On this basis, landowners carry out land-use changes and take economic value from the exploitation of the hill. Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) such as Walhi and Mitra Bentala have carried out various advocacy efforts to pressure local governments so that hill land tenure can be taken over for the sake of environmental conservation. However, the advocacy aspect that has been carried out has not been effective because the contestation in building a pro-environment policy narrative is experiencing difficult challenges. Therefore, the need for political will and firmness from regional heads and related stakeholders in developing hill management policies based on rationality principles, containing truth values and justice.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115684329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researchers carried out action research in producing valid data and valuable insights for this study. This research paper presents a new practical game that helps Diploma students to understand how the concept of supply chain management works. This game uses the course structure of DPL5013 Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management which contains three supply chain entities, namely suppliers, factories, and customers, which covers six theoretical topics of this course. The game uses a board game such as a physically shaped snake checkers carving and contains game rules such as each player’s responsibilities and product descriptions. The game uses several sets of questions that can determine the successful winner. Bloom’s taxonomy was used as a guideline to develop this assessment test based on course learning outcomes. The proposed board game was tested by a group of 62 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management students at METrO Johor Bahru Polytechnic who took the DPL5013 Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management course for the June 2020 session. More than 70% exceeding the target of the Academic Department, PMJB which is 50%. This research focuses on exploring information related to events that occurred during the revolution in the Lampung Residency, especially in the monetary sector, namely the Local Banknotes of the Republic of Indonesia or ORIDA . The research uses a historical method that includes heuristics, source critic, interpretation, and the last stage is historiography. The results showed that the Lampung Residency during the independence revolution issued a monetary policy, independent from the Government of the Province of Sumatra and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. This policy issued by the acting resident Gele Harun Nasution and Regent Akhmad Akuan aims to maintain the existence of the Lampung Residency as part of the sovereign Indonesian government. The acting resident issued the local banknotes that are only valid in several areas in Lampung with varying nominal. The monetary policy issued by the Resident of Lampung in Tanjungkarang-Telukbetung and Regent of North Lampung Regency in Kotabumi made the Lampung residency free from the economic and political crisis and the Dutch were unable to control the Lampung Residency region during their military aggression in 1947-1949.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"155 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117275873","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Dutch were able to easily control this territory because of their unbalanced strength and weaponry. The increasingly chaotic situation in Lampung caused the Lampung Residency to move from Talang Padang to Way Tenong and ended up in Bukit Kemuning, North Lampung. Abu Bakar Sidiq's struggle to keep Lampung as part of the independent Republic of Indonesia was not easy. However, the struggle of Abu Bakar Sidiq and his troops was not fully recorded as part of the legacy of the local history of Lampung, which caused the role of Abu Bakar Sidiq as a regional hero not known by the people of Lampung even in his birthplace, Bukit Kemuning, North Lampung. The objectives of this research were (1) providing information about the biography and finding out the track record of Abu Bakar Sidiq's struggle in Lampung; also (2) revealing the role of Abu Bakar Sidiq in defending Lampung Residency during the Dutch Military Aggression II in North Lampung. This research was qualitative research with historical methods and data collection techniques used library techniques, documentation, and interview with Abu Bakar Sidiq descendants. The results of this research indicated that Abu Bakar Sidiq was originally a TKR (People's Security Army) commander with the rank of First Lieutenant in the Bukit Kemuning sub-district, North Lampung. Then, he served as commander of the Indonesian Special Police Force, chief of Marine Police staff, and lastly served as chairman of the Association of Indonesian Navy Base IA of Lampung Province. In addition, Abu Bakar Sidiq and his troops helped defend Indonesia's independence in Lampung by guerrillas throughout the Lampung area, which was under attack from the Dutch. In the Dutch Aggression I and II, the Lampung government center (residence of Lampung) moved around until the Bukit Kemuning of North Lampung. Abu Bakar Sidiq placed his troops on guard on every road to Bukit Kemuning to keep the Lampung residency safe, intending to repel the enemy. In addition, Abu Bakar Sidiq recruited youths from Bukit Kemuning to become volunteer emergency troops (paramilitary troops) to increase strength and provide military training.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132152683","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Eastern European Countries which are partners of China in BRI deemed it is a non-strategic choice for China to start engaging in this region. The major countries in Europe also feel less attracted toward BRI since they already had it all, especially in infrastructure programs which makes another several roads, highways, and railways seem wasteful. At this point, there's a recommendation for China to shift its orientation to other regions. Then, The Covid-19 became a significant threat toward actors around the world. It also brought a huge damage to various sectors, including transportation of logistics globally. Many cooperation has been suspended or even being canceled since the uncertainty of the future condition. This will also affects the implementation of BRI projects. This research seeks the impact of pandemic toward BRI in Europe Region. A qualitative method has been chosen as the research method with secondary data collection type, such as official government documents, journals, papers, and databases. By using Paulo's concept of international cooperation from a development studies perspective, this research result shows that Covid-19 has become a strategic opportunity for China to provide crucial public goods for Europe and the rest of the world. This opportunity is then utilized massively by the China’s government to approach not only small countries, but also major countries in Europe within the BRI scheme. Within a few months of the pandemic, some European Countries have a certain degree of dependency toward China with its vaccine and other public health supported products. China becomes the closest supplier for them. The high rates of Covid-19 cases nowadays, not only maintains the alertness among these countries, however also there's another potential chance of BRI maneuvering in different sectors besides health which could help China get closer to its goal.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130977388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the distribution of state-own company CSR to coastal communities has not become a priority. The problem is focused on the form of empowerment given to coastal communities in Cilegon City who are economically categorized as poor families. The purpose of this study is to determine the partnership model for implementing corporate social responsibility from state-owned enterprises in empowering coastal communities in Cilegon City. To approach this problem, the Partnership pattern, according to Wilson, is used. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies and analyzed qualitatively by case studies. The results showed that the fishermen's group in Cilegon City was already centralized in the location of the fishing bases in Pulo Merak Districts, namely Tanjung Pujut and Kelapa Tujuh, while the fishing bases in Ciwandan were located in Tanjung Leneng. The number of heads of fishing families is 167 people with the education level mostly junior high school. The results also show that the partnership model for implementing CSR in the two regions is also different. CSR partnerships in Ciwandan tend to be counter-productive, where the environmental development funds provided by the company are centralized to NGOs. Assistance for fishermen depends on their proximity to the NGO. The assistance provided is in the form of necessities during the high tide season. Meanwhile, the productive partnership pattern is implemented in Pulomerak Districts through synergy between the sub-districts government where CSR/environmental development funds are directly given to fishermen's families and fishermen in the form of nets, boats, and other fishing equipment, including establishing a fishing base on company land. In addition, food assistance is also provided during the high tide season. The conclusion is that the distribution of CSR funds through CCSR should also touch the coastal communities of Cilegon City.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121319838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Historical empathy (historical empathy) of students towards their historical environment is still limited to inventory and documentation. They are used to visiting historical sites in Pringsewu. However, they have not been able to interpret the historical values found in the transmigration villages in the Pringsewu area. Many students do not know the history of the naming of Pringsewu and the historical villages in the Pringsewu area, even the history of the village they live in. The purpose of this study is focused on the objective of integrating toponymy philosophical values in local history learning as education about the history of transmigration at SMA N 1 Pringsewu. This study used data triangulation, namely by means of interviews, observations, and document analysis. Based on the results of preliminary data analysis, it is found that history learning has not been able to spur the growth of social systems, reaction systems, instructional impacts; and a support system that can arouse students' interest and historical empathy to understand and feel the situation of events and actions of historical agents, learning based on the uniqueness of toponymy in Pringsewu Regency has not been developed with the characteristics of local historical material. The results of the data analysis after learning about the history of Toponymy in transmigration villages in Pringsewu Regency, and being included in the history lesson, class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Pringsewu, were very enthusiastic about this material, and increased historical empathy. because so far, history learning only refers to general material, it does not mention local history in the local area.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116640838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
