The purpose of our study is to describe preventive measures to ensure the psychological safety of the individual in life-threatening situations. Extreme situations make changes to the normal life of a person, as they lead to a violation of personal integrity, psychological well-being and safety. Panic becomes the main form of human behavior, since such situations arise suddenly and develop quite rapidly. In conditions of uncertainty, a person has an increased level of anxiety, which leads to chaotic actions and inability to make rational decisions. In this case, in order to ensure psychological safety, a person should follow the instructions and a clear plan of action in conditions of real danger, as well as be aware of self-regulation methods. Systematic preventive measures that include psychological education should be directed to interdepartmental interaction between employees of institutions and special services (EMERCOM, police, psychologists, medical workers, etc.). Risks associated with trauma and threats to a person’s physical and mental health are minimized when special services and the population (for example, victims or witnesses of an incident) work together and coordinate their actions. The ability to recognize, manage and control emotional reactions and behavior is a key factor of psychological safety in conditions of real danger. A large number of psychological ideas create a serious obstacle to the development of both the general concept of procrastination and its cognitive component. Moreover, each approach to determining the cognitive component of procrastination involves the use of a specific methodology for its diagnosis. Psychological research of various approaches to the cognitive aspect of procrastination contributes to a deeper understanding of its nature. The concept of the cognitive component of procrastination has been studied taking into account various methodological approaches in foreign and domestic psychological science. Foreign studies of the cognitive sphere of procrastination are primarily aimed at establishing irrational distortions, low self-esteem, inability to make decisions (manage goals). The paper discusses technosphere safety for the academic bachelor’s degree program provided by the Federal State Educational Standard 3++ in 2020. The research data show the details of the educational process organization during the professional training of a future environmental engineer as well as the components that are included in the concept of professionalism. The notion under consideration is defined in terms of ecological functional literacy, formed as a result of mastering the educational program that ensures up-to-date social and labor market demands. The research work presented in the article was carried out in terms of curriculum. Students consistently performed certain tasks during practical training, classroom studies and independent extracurricular classes, as well as during project activities, which together produce pedagogical conditions to provide gradual purposeful development of general and professional competencies in students. Psychodiagnostic tools of the research included standardised methods adapted for the Russian sample: questionnaire “Coping Behavior” (R. Lazarus, adapted by T. L. Kryukova), questionnaire “Level of Subjective Control” (E. F. Bazhin, E. A. Golynkina, A. M. Etkind), questionnaire “Integral Job Satisfaction” (A. V. Batarshev). The empirical study involved 119 pediatricians of various specialties working in municipal children's clinics of the Moscow Department of Health. A literature review showed that locus of control and coping strategies of medical workers may be related to job satisfaction and contribute to the variability of pediatrician’s job satisfaction level. As a result of the study, it was shown that the higher the level of internality and the more pediatricians tend to use adaptive coping strategies aimed at solving the problem, the higher their level of job satisfaction they perform. Nurses are faced with new realities of our time — training on additional professional training programs with the use of distance learning technologies. The use of distance learning in the implementation of the educational process is an effective mechanism of postgraduate education, which contributes to the formation of a high level of general and professional competencies, as well as a productive career model of a medical worker. A characteristics of nurses training in the conditions of COVID-19 was the intensification of the use of distance learning technologies, which ensures the availability of education, creating the opportunity to maintain and improve their professional level regardless of location and at a convenient time, in turn reducing the number of social contacts of students, expanding geographical boundaries, covering a large number of specialists. The specific features of medical education are that the main part of the competencies being improved and formed is inextricably linked with forms of training that requires personal presence, for example, practical manipulations and communication skills. Therefore, to implement the complex of basic characteristics of postgraduate education of secondary medical workers, elements of e-learning and distance learning technologies are introduced and used together with the development of practical skills, using the innovative approach “education–science–practice”, taking into account the modern development of advanced medical science technologies and the priority of patient safety. The article discusses the features of the maternal attitude when a child shows self-harming behavior and allergies of unknown origin. Children with allergies of unknown origin and self-harming behavior were included in the comparison groups due to an attempt to find a common psychological pattern between the manifestation of symptoms of unconfirmed atopic dermatitis and acts of self-harm in children. According to the results of the study, the differentiated influence of the role of the maternal attitude on the psychosomatic well-being of the child is presented. The authors state that if a child has an allergy of unknown origin, the inconsistency of the mother's actions towards the child is observed, the manifestation of hyperprotection acts as a means of controlling the mother's own anxious state. When self-harming behavior is manifested, there is a tendency of the mother to ignore the needs of the child due to a low ability to understand the reasons for child’s behavior. By means of identifying the features of the maternal relationship, the significance of early contact in the mother-child dyad in groups of mothers, whose children suffer from allergies of unknown origin or demonstrate self-harming behavior, was confirmed. Masharina","doi":"10.23888/humj2022103211-222","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23888/humj2022103211-222","url":null,"abstract":"The empirical study data of the relationship between self-regulation and personal spiritual and moral qualities in the adult sample are presented. The study emphasizes the importance of studying personal spiritual and moral qualities in the process of self-regulation. The purpose is to analyze the relationship between spiritual and moral qualities of a person and different aspects of self-regulation: cognitive, affective, behavioral. Based on the data of the correlation analysis, significant connections of indicators are identified. The real capabilities of a person to initiate consciously and manage voluntary activity are associated with the indicator of spiritual personality, which confirms the hypothesis of the study regarding the cognitive aspect of self-regulation. The study reflects that most indicators of the cognitive aspect of self-regulation correlate with indicators of spiritual and moral qualities of a person positively. There is also a connection with the affective aspect of self-regulation: the repression of external emotions is inversely correlated to the ability for fantasizing and taking care for other people. The ability to withstand is inversely correlated to the feeling of one's own discomfort during interpersonal interaction. A change in attitude to the situation is associated with the rejection of an egoistic position. The repression of the external manifestations of the emotions is inversely correlated to the spirituality of the personality and its individual qualities. The study shows that the spiritual and moral personality manifests itself as capable of self-control; connections are established with the behavioral aspect of self-regulation.
