Approaches to the definition of psychological resources of personality are considered; options for resource compensation of a communicative defect; a scheme of expenditures of psychological resources of personality is proposed. Exploring communication as an act of socialization in people with hearing impairments, possible ways and areas of using psychological resources were identified. Social interactions involve a wide variety of psychological resources that a person can use to establish positive and successful communication - these can be different channels of transmission and perception of information, as well as behavioral, cognitive, emotional, personal characteristics and abilities of an individual. Communication, as a fundamental component of socialization, involves the use of a variety of psychological resources. The violation of verbal communication separates people with hearing impairment from the speakers around him and creates difficulties in obtaining adaptive social experience. For people with hearing impairments, communication acts as a specific communicative act, since it can simultaneously involve various ways of interacting with an opponent. The psychological resources involved in such people will be realized through filling the deficit available in the three communication blocks allocated by G. M. Andreeva. Communication of a person with hearing impairment is a complex, multi-level system, respectively, the success of such communication will depend on the activation of external and internal resources of the individual to achieve the goal. Thus, considering the communication of people with hearing impairment allowed us to analyze which psychological resources can be updated in order to reduce the effects of sensory deprivation.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125131578","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this regard, students evaluated the content, forms and methods of a special discipline taught — pharmacognosy, using a questionnaire developed at the Department of Pharmacognosy. 152 students of the 2nd, the 3rd and the 5th year who were trained at the Department of Pharmacognosy in the 2020/2021 and 2017/2018 academic years took part in the survey. Students consider the role of pharmacognosy in the preparation of a pharmacist to be very significant and highly appreciate the importance of the discipline in the professional training of a specialist with a higher pharmaceutical education. However, students' understanding of the role of pharmacognosy and the significance of various methods and techniques of its development varies from course to course. The 5th year students, on the eve of graduation, give extremely positive feedback about the role of pharmacognosy in the preparation of a pharmacist and the most detailed answers showing the interrelation of the discipline with the practice of pharmaceutical work. They highly appreciate both traditional and active teaching methods. The students' answers to questions about the preferable place of work after graduating from the Faculty of Pharmacy revealed a tendency to structural changes in their professional preferences. So, the majority of students of previous years (more than 50%) were going to work at pharmacies, a little more than 14% — in pharmaceutical industry, 4.7% plan to be engaged in scientific and teaching work at the university. In comparison, among the students of the last academic year, more than 29% would like to work in pharmaceutical industry, more than 27% — at pharmacy, more than 16% — at the university. In this regard, the process of teaching and learning, including the discipline of pharmacognosy, which provides a significant amount of basic training, should respond quickly and flexibly to the changing labor market, providing students with modern updated knowledge and in-demand skills and competencies, including in research activities, with the use of science-oriented forms and methods of teaching, related to pharmaceutical production.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124291762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, one of the trends in the development of countries is the process of digital transformation, affecting all spheres of society. In the era of digitalization, the nature of a child's interaction with an adult is fundamentally changing, which cannot but affect his speech and mental development. The purpose of the research is to study the specifics of interaction and the role of an adult in the speech development of preschool children during the era of digitalization. In the era of digitalization, the content, means, and essence of the communication process itself are changing significantly. Digital technologies, starting from the younger preschool age, significantly transform consciousness, perception. A special type of thinking is being formed – mosaic thinking. This is reflected, among other things, on the speech development of the child: real communication is replaced by virtual, emotional contact is lost. Children increasingly perceive fragmentary speech, devoid of strict grammatical outlines and compositional design. The importance of direct communication and interaction with adults is being lost and transformed, and specifically at the level of emotional contact, individual communication, cognitive communication, interaction during joint activities. Not only the level of children’s speech development is significantly reduced, but also the need for verbal communication itself.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117222809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Communication problems are considered from the perspective of the lack of an accessible environment, as well as an understanding of sign language as a separate linguistic system. The aim of the study is to study the existing barriers of communication with patients with disabling hearing disorders in the practice of doctors. A theoretical review of domestic and foreign studies on the communication of patients with hearing impairments in the framework of medical admission is presented. Among the main problems of people with hearing impairments related to medical care the following ones were highlighted: the complexity of communication with a doctor affects the effectiveness and quality of medical care; access to sign language interpreter services is quite limited; insufficient provision of hearing disabled people with devices for doctor–patient communication is observed. The results presented in the article were obtained by means of a survey of 49 doctors of various specialties. The survey was aimed at studying the peculiarities of communication between medical personnel and patients with hearing impairments. The questionnaire questions were open. The analysis of the responses was carried out through content analysis. As a result, problematic areas in the communication of hearing-impaired patients and doctors were identified, these are: a lack of an individual approach to such patients within the medical care, a narrow understanding of disability, a lack of sufficient number of sign language interpreters and the need for medical organizations for additional specialized training of medical personnel. Further directions of research were also defined.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121294650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the analysis and visualization of a data array 348 papers were chosen, the overwhelming number of which — 45.6% and 38.4%, respectively, related to the topic “psychology” and “public education and pedagogy”, and only 10% to the topic “medicine”. We use the free VOS viewer program for concept map making. As a result of the analysis, the only one topical issue was revealed — “art therapy in the rehabilitation of children and adolescents”. It is shown that the concept map, created on the basis of the analysis of the titles of articles published in journals included in the Higher Attestation Commission list, the Scopus database (11.2%), as well as their annotations, differs from the concept map of the entire sample, namely, related to the authors' consideration problems of the effectiveness of art therapy, its advantages in the development of children. Moreover, few articles published in the journals of the Scopus database (2% of the whole sample) are related to medical topics, organizational psychology and others discrepant from psychological and pedagogical sphere. It is concluded that the interest of researchers in the problem of the effectiveness of art therapy in the development and rehabilitation of children and adolescents, as a leading trend in periodicals for 2017–2021, is proved by social demand.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128310271","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the study was to reveal the associations between the manifestations of psychological resilience and the content of the neurotransmitter dopamine. In our study, it was found that a high level of dopamine in blood plasma is associated with post-traumatic growth, which is expressed here in the manifestation of compassion, the desire to establish closer and trusting relationships with other people (the “Attitude to others” scale, r = 0.344, р = 0.01). In addition, the high content of dopamine corresponds to the ability to adequately perceive a social role and the responsible attitude to the rules of behavior accepted in society (the “Moral normativity” scale, r = 0.424, р = 0.01). A contradictory result should be recognized as a negative correlation between the dopamine level and the manifestations of personal growth, measured by the K. Ryff Scale of Psychological Well-being (r = -0.564, р = 0.01). Risk-taking is a predictor of psychological stability (t = 5.144, р = 0.000), programming(t = 3.020, р = 0.005) and the dopamine level (t = 2.204, р = 0.036). According to the results obtained, awareness of self-development is determined by such predictors as flexibility (t = 3.082, р = 0.005), reflexive overcoming (t = 5.711, р = 0.000), the power of personality (t = 4.984, р = 0.000), relationship with others (t = -3.203, р = 0.003) and the dopamine level (t = -4.680, р = 0.000).","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117307768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Psychological intervention is a crucial factor in the treatment of CHD. One of the significant aspects of patient's forecast improvement is a compliance to treatment. Negative emotional states accompany the worsening of the course of the disease in patients with a cardiac profile. Patients with CHD are characterized by increased level of stress, depression and anxiety, non-adaptive coping strategies, defensive mechanisms and inharmonious internal picture of the disease. The psychological intervention improves compliance, the quality of life and thus speeds up physical recovery. It is crucial to determine what methods and approaches in the work of a medical psychologist are the most productive and contribute to the preservation of a long-term effect. According to several sources, the most effective and demanded approach when working with CHD patients is the cognitivebehavioral approach. It is distinguished by its shortterm impact; maintaining the duration of the effect; anxiety, stress and depression reduction; change of the internal picture of the disease, harmonizing the doctor-patient relationship, treatment adherence, compliance and improving cognitive functioning. In particular, researchers note the feasibility of methods of breathing and muscle relaxation, meditation, cognitive restructuring and diary method.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126478686","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The features of protective strategies, personal characteristics and basic beliefs associated with a sense of security were studied. Two profiles of self-regulation are identified based on the indicators of the questionnaire “Style of self-regulation of behavior” by V. I. Morosanova. It was revealed that in the subjects with a low level of self-regulation, the concept of “safety” is connected in meaning with concepts directly and indirectly describing the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. Low values of basic beliefs about self-worth, ineffective defensive strategies in the form of repression and regression, as well as high accuracy, perseverance and foresight were also found in this group. The semantic relationship between the concept of “security” and various manifestations of the pandemic was poorly expressed in the group of subjects with a high level of self-regulation. In this group, a developed system of basic beliefs about self-worth, effective defense mechanisms in the form of rationalization, low indicators of accuracy, foresight and perseverance were identified. The results of the study can be used to identify violations of self-regulation in a group of young people and their psychological correction in the context of global crises.","PeriodicalId":281689,"journal":{"name":"PERSONALITY IN A CHANGING WORLD: HEALTH, ADAPTATION, DEVELOPMENT","volume":"311 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124417513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of complications in clinical forms of gastrointestinal diseases is supposed to be interrelated with the negative emotional states such as anxiety and depression. According to WHO, on average, 40% of people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract have problems with eating behavior as well (it is difficult for them to follow a dietary regime, while the course and outcome of the disease depends on adherence to the diet recommended by the doctor).
