Types of grounding electrodes can be in the form of rod electrodes, plate electrodes, mesh-connected electrodes or other forms. In order for the grounding system to function properly, it must be ensured that the grounding system has very small earth resistance, close to zero. In addition, earth resistance value is influenced by soil resistivity, mineral content, soil moisture and temperature particularly due to weather changes. Indonesia has two seasons, the dry season and the rainy season. During the dry season, soil temperatures increase, causing the soil to dry up and the earth resistance to increase as well. Therefore, to prevent an increase in the value of earth resistance due to weather change, a grounding system that can be monitored and controlled automatically is needed. The proposed grounding resistance monitoring system is developed in LabVIEW environment. The voltage applied to the electrodes will cause current to flow to the ground, so the earth resistance value can be measured. Experimental results show that the earth resistance value can be measured in real-time, and the data obtained can be used as feedback to control the earth resistance value.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126315307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This condition is interesting and needs to be followed by testing the prototype to find out how much an increase in student skills in writing. On writing, student must have guidence, namely writing base on genre, as follows. In writing, certain parts of the thesis have writing needs. Writing needs can be written using certain types of text (certain genres). The description text structure is the thing to be described and parts of the thing to be described, while the exposition text structure is thesis statement, arguments, and reiteration. In each text also has certain linguistic characteristics, for example the description text is used more additional conjunctions; exposition texts use more consequence conjunctions. If the paradigm understood, students can finish the thesis correctly and quickly.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"14 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116805127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research problem related to ICB low market share, 5.94% of national banks in Sept 2018. This is due to the lack of capital and industrial scale. For this reason, the ICB needs to increase external funding sources through the issuance of public shares. From the 13 BUS in Indonesia at Sept 2018, only 3 BUS issuing public shares. In an optimal capital structure, BUS can develop faster and will encourage the growth of the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods by Analytical Network Process (ANP) using primary data sourced from in-depth interviews to explore the knowledge and experience of the ICB emiten expert practitioners. The dominant element of SWOT is strength and followed by opportunity. The dominant sub-elements are owner support (strength), decreasing financial performance (weakness), broad investor base (opportunity), complex emission formality (threat). Public share issuance strategies related to the timing of emissions, value and price of emissions, underwriters, dividend payment policies, and use of the proceeds of emission funds.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"167 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123789535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Time constraints, lack of ideas, and laziness are the three main factors causing plagiarism in the gestalt design process, supported by the ease of internet access where gestalt image references can be obtained from various sources. In an effort to prevent the occurrence of plagiarism due to the imitation of concepts, shapes, compositions, and superficiality in modifying the elements of the image at the process stage of gestalt design, students are provided with visual exploration exercises by applying lateral thinking methods. This method is applied by making alternative images that use stylation, distortion, and deformation of objects. Lateral thinking methods can reduce forms of plagiarism in the making process of gestalt images. Before the application of lateral thinking methods, the number of plagiarism-indicated works amounted to 68%. After applying the lateral thinking method, only 13% of the works indicated plagiarism and the remaining 87% were not indicated as plagiarism. Through lateral thinking methods, students make visual alternatives in the design sketching process. This exercise provides opportunities and space for students to create creative concepts, forms, and new compositions so that plagiarism in gestalt tasks can be prevented.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130540907","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
