The goal is that bankers who commit corruption can be said as well as professional crimes, as well as prevention efforts. Professional crime as a form of occupational crime, which can occur because professionals in carrying out their profession have special rights. Because professional expertise requires standard service standards, usually to carry out professional work requires a license to practice from the bureaucratic authority. The method used in this study is qualitative with a normative, social and documentary juridical approach. As a result, bankers as individual businessmen using bank / institutional facilities both as authorities, also use bank property facilities. From the customer side as a party on the outside it often makes them feel facilitated, but in fact the customer as a tool to realize the intention is actually very detrimental to the bank materially and non materially. Material losses can be in the form of not making funds and profits from the transaction to the bank, but rather becoming the personal profit of the perpetrator.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126363408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Referring to the strategic plan of higher education in the field of education and student affairs, research is needed that discusses how the principles of collaborative knowledge creation and quadruple helix in mapping curriculum development and business administration competencies in polytechnics. The quadruple helix concept involves four elements, namely: government, academia, industry and professional associations. While collaborative knowledge creation is one of the concepts used in knowledge-based organizations that see organizations as \"living things\" and continuously. The problems in this study are: (a) how can the concept of CKC and quadruple helix be used in mapping the polytechnic curriculum ?, (b) which parties are involved in the preparation of the curriculum in polytechnics? and (c) what competencies are needed by lecturers in implementing the curriculum so that learning becomes quality and professional? The study was conducted at PNJ and POSLRI. The research method uses systems thinking approach (soft system methodology), data collection techniques using: interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. The results of the research show that the strategy used to create curriculum in polytechnics is carried out using CKC and quadruple helix concepts so that quality and competence both lecturers and students in competent polytechnics.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126750542","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Adsorption is believed as one of the potential method of biogas purification. This process conducted in porous material whose surface active properties, such as activated carbon with an acid or base activator. Laboratory experiments and mathematical quantification were carried out to study the drying process of Gamal (Gliricidia sepium) stem as a source of biomass that were widely grown in the local area of livestock / biodigester. Determination of the drying process parameters and mass transfer parameters were approached using three drying models: (1) Dincer and Dost models, (2) Bi-G correlation approach, and (3) Fick’s law equation. This research shows that second Fick’s Law is the best model to describe the drying process parameters and to calculate the mass transfer parameters for Gamal stem.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129444656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method of approach in this study uses the Normative Juridical approach, the specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. Conclusions are; The UUPK Law also regulates dispute resolution through the court and outside the court. One way to resolve disputes is through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution is regulated in Law No. 30 of 1999. There are several ways to resolve disputes, namely Arbitration, Consultation, Negotiation, Conciliation Mediation, Expert Assessment. The length of the settlement process through Arbitration is 180 working days the Verdict is Final and Binding so that legal certainty and a sense of justice obtained by the Parties is more guaranteed in the perspective of Consumer Protection, Effectiveness of Arbitration in the context of Consumer Protection is more effective, efficient, fast and low cost compared to settlement through the Court because it is vulnerable to a long settlement due to the burden of cases that have accumulated, besides those parties who do not agree can make Appeals or Reconsideration Efforts.","PeriodicalId":280539,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 8th Annual Southeast Asian International Seminar","volume":"265 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121505363","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
