Conclusions are; The UUPK Law also regulates dispute resolution through the court and outside the court. One way to resolve disputes is through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution is regulated in Law No. 30 of 1999. There are several ways to resolve disputes, namely Arbitration, Consultation, Negotiation, Conciliation Mediation, Expert Assessment. Abstract
