The application of human-machine robotic system to energy infrastructure is considered in the research. It allows decreasing of loads on human musculoskeletal system, increasing endurance and periods of uninterrupted operation, as well as labour productivity due to energy recuperation. It also ensures injury and occupational diseases prevention. The proposed «human-machine» model with links of variable length is more comfortable to user. Although a 2-D exoskeleton model is described in the paper, it can be generalized to 3-D case as well. The design of variable-length link with spring elements is proposed. It can be implemented in robotic device as a passive exoskeleton. The link consists of the following elements: two fixed-length inertial sections at the ends of the link, and the variable-length weightless section between them. The variable-length weightless section has a tension-compression spring that ensures both the link length change within the specified range and the energy recuperation when the exoskeleton user moves. The joints feature the torsion springs to recuperate energy during relative rotation of exoskeleton links. Thus, despite that the exoskeleton has a passive design; owing to the energy recuperation it provides power support to the human musculoskeletal system. The results of the study of cells of laboratory mice are used as the initial data. To build a relationship model, methods of correlation analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA and its modification - QTL analysis are used. Graph theory is used to model the interaction of proteins in cellular processes. The QTL mapping idea is to phenotype observation and identification of the genome region on which the genotype is associated with the phenotype. With the help of molecular-genetic markers, molecular maps of individual chromosomes and genomes are made, genes and QTLs mapping are performed on them. Thus, genes with the greatest connectivity to phenotype were identified. The correlation between genotype and phenotype is studied across the full genome of the individual in this study. The data provided by the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics of the innate immunity of Petrozavodsk State University were the initial data in this research. The essence of the project, carried out jointly with the laboratory, is to study the arrays of genetic information to identify and model the relationships between the genotype and the phenotype of biological organisms. Genotyping and phenotyping were conducted based on sequencing data (determination of amino acid and nucleotide sequence) of matrix RNA. The results of electricity quality indicators (SCE) monitoring registration on tyres of substations supplying large enterprises of the Murmansk region were systematized and analyzed as a good example of Arctic industrial development. On existing substations example, the problems of high-energy-intensive objects that have non-linear load parameters as part of consumers are shown. The load of the Murmansk region industrial enterprises on the capacity of electricity consumption is systematized, since all enterprises of the region work in the mining and chemical direction. Electromagnetic compatibility problems of industrial consumers with the supply grid were identified and the results of monitoring registrations for the period 2012 – 2018 years were compared with earlier registrations of the 00s, when regular monitoring of SCE was not legally fixed. The need for studies to identify the causes of inconsistency has been proven. Nonlinear adaptive control systems are developed and investigated, synthesized on the basis of two approaches: on the basis of the exact method of backward traversal of the integrator with modified adaptation algorithms with the so-called parametric projection, and also on the basis of the approximate method of majorizing functions. Also it is shown that monitoring the insulation heating temperature values allows to obtain a reasonable estimate of power cables state of various voltage classes. A sequential two-network architecture of a neural network with a sequentially distributed structure is synthesized to determine the temperature regime of a power cable cur-rent-carrying core. A mathematical description of the neural network structural model to forecast the cable line residual life is carried out. A comparative analysis of the experimental and calculated characteristics of temperature distributions is carried out. It has been shown that for a particular class of such systems used for the aerospace industry and mobile communication systems, using traditional correlation methods precludes from describing the real signal-noise situation. The polygaussian representation of random signals and noise is given. It is shown that polygaussian representations with any number of components are possible. Optimal polygaussian algorithms for receiving discrete signals are considered. The «multicorrelation» algorithm of the optimal receiver is obtained. It is pointed out that the task of distinguishing several random signals is reduced to the task of distinguishing certain polygaussian processes. The functional diagram of the polycorrelation receiver of the deterministic signal is given. Polygaussian algorithms for optimal reception of discrete signals were presented in more detail. Reception of signals with rectangular envelope under influence of pulse noise is described. Expressions for determining likelihood functionality are obtained. Functional diagrams of rectangular radio pulse receiver are given. A new indicator of the circuit-mode significance of an element is proposed. It allows to estimate the relative influence of the consequences of an emergency element shutdown for the parameters of the energy system mode and preventive measures necessary to fulfill the criterion n-1. An overview of the main regime measures used by dispatching centers and the consequences of the deterioration of the parameters of the electric power regime is given. The proposed technique can be used by dispatching centers and network organizations to determine the priorities for the reconstruction of elements and draw up plans for the future development of the electrical network. The use of the research results has a positive technical and economic effect for the entire energy system or its part. Power-producing companies try to solve it by demand side management - mainly by encouraging using more electricity during off-peak hours with introducing differential tariffs. The experimental qualitative research of electricity in a residential building was conducted to estimate this problem impact. The method of the peak-load reducing and redistribution, and enhancement of electrical power quality using an electronic device that includes an energy storage device is proposed. The economic calculation based on statistical electricity consumption and production data in the Russian Federation was performed to estimate prospects for using the proposed method of reduction the peak load on the network.
