Analysis of the structure of electricity losses shows that 90% is consumed by electricity, the main consumer of electricity is an electric drive (about 70%), it has a great potential for energy saving. The most common in the industry is an asynchronous electric drive, most of them are unregulated. Replacing an unregulated electric drive with an adjustable one in these units can significantly save electricity, increase the life of the mechanical part of the drive and improve the quality of the adjustable process parameter. The paper provides the rationale for the introduction of a frequency-controlled electric drive to optimize technological processes in electrical complexes and systems, in particular, a complete analysis of the energy efficiency of the use of a frequency-controlled drive in pumping water supply systems is presented.","PeriodicalId":280181,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124427783","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this article is to study the effect of icing formation on the performance of trunk pipelines using the Power of Siberia trunk gas pipeline as an example. Icing is a layered ice mass formed when periodically spilling underground or surface water freezes. They are a particularly dangerous glacial phenomenon, the negative impact of which is determined by: a) unexpected flooding of the territory in the cold season; b) crystallization of water and the appearance of static and thermodynamic pressure of ice; c) the formation of ice barriers and increased slippery roads, sidewalks, ground coverings; d) the development of associated hazardous processes - cryogenic heaving, frost cracking, thermoerosion, the formation of injection ice, uneven precipitation of the day surface, etc. The influence of ice has a negative impact on the performance of main pipeline systems, causes the need for increased requirements for materials, structures, and laying technologies, and negatively affects the environmental situation of the region in the event of emergencies. In this paper, based on the application of fuzzy logic methods, the main factors affecting the process of icing are identified, the degree of influence of ice on the performance of the main pipeline is estimated, the rules of fuzzy inference are developed to minimize the effect of ice formation and identify hazardous areas for preventive measures to reduce risk emergencies This electronic document is a “live” template and already defines the components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] in its style sheet.","PeriodicalId":280181,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124462323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The available software solutions have been analyzed. The fundamental architecture of a smart drilling planning subsystem is proposed. The possibilities of implementing the proposed GIS-based architecture have been analyzed. The data flows in choosing the exploratory well locations have been characterized. The forecasted increment of potential hydrocarbon reserves is adopted as a formalized criterion for the optimal well location. A choice algorithm is proposed based on the formal data analysis techniques and the principle of analogy in geological research. The algorithm steps are: 1) gathering data; 2) localizing potential deposits; 3) determining the analogous fields and target parameters; 4) estimating the increment of potential reserves for the well, considering the drainage radius; 5) choosing the well location, ensuring the maximum increment of potential reserves. The algorithm is based on a formalized estimation of the similarity between geological objects, which allows objectively justifying the use of the analogous field data. A practical example of using the algorithm in a specialized module of the Nasha GIS geoinformation system (JSC Sibgeoproekt) is shown. The testing results have shown that the algorithm is adequate and can be recommended for use by oil and gas enterprises.","PeriodicalId":280181,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116795362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To address this, the paper proposes using reed switches. Notably, the principles and some protection devices based on reed switches have already been developed, including differential protection of reed switch and magneto resistor-based converters; these solutions use the majority principle and functional diagnostics blocks. It should be emphasized that such protections lack test diagnostics, which means it cannot timely detect damaged majority elements or output relays, resulting in false positives or failure to trigger protections. This paper proposes a circuit for test diagnostics that, unlike other known designs, has three to six interconnected control windings on magneto resistors as well as button switches. The authors hereof discuss how protections act in a variety of converter operations as well as how to detect faults in three redundant protection kits, the majority element, or the output relay. To mount magneto resistors near the busbars of closed DC conductors, this paper proposes a simple and convenient mount that contains an L-shaped plate and angled fixtures. The paper further defines the applications of such protection.","PeriodicalId":280181,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117338192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cases are considered where a useful signal is exposed only to phase distortions, as well as to simultaneous effects of phase and amplitude distortions, for which multidimensional (N-dimensional) PDD are determined. A special case of determining a two-dimensional PDD of a useful signal is given. It is show that the desired PDD can be determined through one-dimensional PDD when a number of conditions are met. In particular, these conditions may be an increase in dispersion or depth of phase distortion of the signal. It has been show that N-dimensional PDD can also be expressed through PDDs of independent signal samples. It is noted that for a signal distorted by modulating noise, the uncorrelation of its samples means at the same time the independence of the latter. It has been shown that multiplicative noise affects the extraction of a useful signal mainly by changing the characteristics of said signal. It is show that the method of extracting a signal by exceeding a predetermined detection threshold in practically significant cases is the most acceptable. Dependencies of probability of correct and false detection of useful signal on parameters of fluctuating multiplicative noise are obtained. It is noted that when the signal level is significantly exceeded relative to the level of additive noise, multiplicative noise is the main source of distortion of useful information.","PeriodicalId":280181,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Multi-Conference on Industrial Engineering and Modern Technologies (FarEastCon)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115516764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
