Patient Health Monitoring Information System

Abstract

This article presents the developed information system for patient health monitoring during and after rehabilitation. The information system comprises a mobile app and a web app. The mobile app collects the data from a smartwatch and sends them to a relational database. The web app manages the information in the database.
