They are classified as NP-complete problems. In this paper, three-dimensional orthogonal cutting-packing is considered as the main one. The mathematical model is given. The paper presents a heuristic algorithm. The features of the method are the direct solution of the problem, and not its reduction to problems of a smaller dimension; the use of layered strategies; filling in the so-called priority axes; analysis of voids and consideration of ways to combine them; use of several parallelepipeds. The goal of the article is to create a numerical model that allows forecasting timely measuring uncertainties of free form surfaces of parts during their inspection on coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Forecasting is performed with the help of the neural network. A training set is created for the neural network by generating actual surfaces of parts containing data on production deviations and modelling the process of actual surface measurement. All the parts of the model have been implemented in the MATLAB system. The specifics of this problem lies in the fact that this must be solved in real time with sufficiently high accuracy with significant restrictions on the power consumption of onboard satellite systems, its weight-size characteristics, the cost of development and operation. Solving the navigation problem with the onboard small satellite equipment involves the individual and group calculation of satellite coordinates and motion parameters using code and phase measurements, integer carrier-phase ambiguity resolution and mutual inter-satellite navigation measurements. The article discusses the theoretical principles for the implementation of these procedures in relation to the minimal satellite constellation: leader and the slave satellites. Blockchain is meant as a chain of data blocks that allow you to store information in a distributed manner, with each of the blocks connected to the previous one and provided with a digital signature, which excludes the possibility of replacing or deleting any part of the data after adding it to the system. The advantages and disadvantages of blockchain, as well as the state of its market, are analyzed. Blockchain is effective in areas where authorship of all actions is important, and reliable data synchronization is necessary - in banks, commodity and stock exchanges, insurance companies, certification centers, and so on. A promising approach to achieve this goal is to combine engine's structural optimization with a parametric optimization of its working process. The array of applications requiring small-scale gas turbines with the increasing values of working process parameters is constantly expanding. Even turbofan cores of full-size airliners are essentially becoming small-scale with ever-increasing bypass ratios. Thus, updating the mathematical models used for the optimization of engine's working process to better describe impact of sizing factor on the engine performance is becoming a pressing matter. This paper introduces the method of joint structural and parametric optimization of small-scale jet engines and describes the updates made to the mathematical models of engine components. Special attention is spared multi-chamber heating with gas and coal fuels and hearth burner devices in energetic installations. This concept defines the tasks associated with the organization of various infrastructure objects' continuous monitoring to optimally divide resources and ensure security. One of these tasks is to ensure road safety involving autonomous vehicles. The solution to this problem involves various technologies, including computer vision technologies. One of the approaches in this area is based on machine learning methods. These methods consider objects models in images represented as attribute vectors. Boundary attributes are often used here. The formation of these attribute comes down to two steps ─ the boundaries detection and their description in the form of descriptors. This paper describes an approach to the objects' boundaries detection in images in intelligent systems of autonomous vehicles, which is based on the use of wavelet transform. The method is based on determining the significance of the brightness change magnitude at some point at a certain level of the wavelet decomposition. For that, it is necessary to evaluate the contribution to the total image energy of the detailed coefficients corresponding to this point. The method determines the sequential refinement of boundaries, which is as follows: as the brightnesses of the original image's copies at different levels are interconnected, we assume that the boundary points at different levels correspond to each other. The purpose of the review is to provide a set of developments in the field of ML for students and developers of digital technologies in all fields of activities compactly. The ML Libraries (MLL) have been classifying by languages implementation and by basic methods specificity. The table “MLL-Features” has been compiling. The features characterize a set of methods, a technique and a task orientation of each library. In total, there are more than 40 such libraries for developing server-side and client-side of knowledge-based Information Systems (KBIS), deep Artificial Neuron Network (ANN), and Natural Language Processing. Most of them are new but are ready for use by developers. As the review one result, it became clear that ML libraries are quite accessible to students and even high school students. The advantage of Web languages is that they are useful both for understanding ready projects and for direct use: only a web browser and development environment are required to run an ML project in JavaScript.
