The experimental qualitative research of electricity in a residential building was conducted to estimate this problem impact. The method of the peak-load reducing and redistribution, and enhancement of electrical power quality using an electronic device that includes an energy storage device is proposed. The economic calculation based on statistical electricity consumption and production data in the Russian Federation was performed to estimate prospects for using the proposed method of reduction the peak load on the network.
