Abstract
The application efficiency of communication networks, which use the resources of cyberspace, as well as organizational needs and technical capabilities, predetermine various types of inhomogeneities that emerge in the entire set of network characteristics and properties. The applied communication network modeling methods do not take into account the inhomogeneities arising during the communication network development, which reduces modeling adequacy. The proposed method allows simulating sections of communication networks taking into account structural and topological inhomogeneities.
