Abstract
The article presents a methodology for determining the priority of reconstruction of “bottlenecks” of an energy system with a voltage of 110 kV and above, taking into account the reliability of its mode. A new indicator of the circuit-mode significance of an element is proposed. It allows to estimate the relative influence of the consequences of an emergency element shutdown for the parameters of the energy system mode and preventive measures necessary to fulfill the criterion n-1. An overview of the main regime measures used by dispatching centers and the consequences of the deterioration of the parameters of the electric power regime is given. The proposed technique can be used by dispatching centers and network organizations to determine the priorities for the reconstruction of elements and draw up plans for the future development of the electrical network. The use of the research results has a positive technical and economic effect for the entire energy system or its part. It is determined by an increase in the reliability of the energy system operation and a decrease in the number of operating hours with mode parameters that go beyond the limits of long-term permissible values.
