Traditional livelihood patterns of both places are in transition. Now they are shifting towards agriculture, manual labour, government job, carpentry and engaging in foreign employment. To examine all these issues, this research has adopted over two geographical locations, namely Baireni of Tanahun district and Karmaiya of Sarlahi district; the method is exploratory, descriptive and comparative. In order to meet the objectives of this research, data collections were from multiple approaches. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and household surveys were two forms of the the data collection in this research. Collection of oral history, key informant interview, focus group discussion, informal meeting were also applied. It has made the entire methodology an admixture of Qual-Quan approaches. This study concludes that there are a number of instances of livelihood diversification among the Botes of Karmaiya in Sarlahi and Baireni in Tanahun district. Some of such diversifications include commercialization of farm in the rural Bote villages. This has come about because of urban expansion, expansion of various non-agricultural work opportunities in factories, workshops, private offices and to some extent government office as a result of urbanization. Hence, this paper explores the motives of household spending on basic education. In the course of this study, a survey was carried out among the 380 households to collect the data, and descriptive statistics were used to analyse and interpret the data. As a result, it has been found that the households are motivated to spend on their children's basic education to formulate human capital on them. Both politics and gender emphasize power, prestige, and privileges. The gender gap in politics indicates the level of participation during all aspects of the election. The gender gap in the electoral system proliferates complexity in gender inequality. Gender mainstreaming is a globally accepted means to reduce gender inequality. To examine the status and strategies of gender mainstreaming in provincial level first-past-the-post (FPTP) electoral system, this article is prepared as the title “Strategies of Gender Mainstreaming in Provincial Election of Nepal”. The analysis of this study is based on the report of provincial election published by the election commission, Nepal. A simple and systematic literature review is conducted to collect essential information to fulfill objectives. This study is based on the critical mass theory, critical act approach, and gender mainstreaming approach. There was a low level of gender mainstreaming at the provincial level FPTP electoral system in Nepal. All political parties should formulate and implement an effective strategy at the political level to increase gender mainstreaming in electoral activities. Online education is electronically supported learning that relies on the internet for teacher/student interaction and the distribution of class materials The aim of the Narrative -analysis is to evaluate the student’s view on online education during the COVID-19 pandemic by performing a systematic narrative analysis of related published literature. The Narrative analysis was done diverse subjects and diverse research design was eligible among the 21 full-text articles. A formal extraction protocol was the PRISMA-P. Majority of the student’s feels that physical class was more effective than online class in terms of accessibility, easy to use resources, and importance to enhance teaching-learning habit. Most of the students (91.7%) felt that online classes should be continued during pandemic but only nearly two third of the respondents (63.2%) were satisfied with the online classes. They experience in transitioning to online education include poor network, lack of digital skills, lack of technological support from institutions among others. The study applied househod questionnaire survey, key informant survey and field observation to collect relevant information. The study conducted in 30 percent (180hss) in total (601hhs) of three altitude belts such as upper, middle and lower, ranging from 300 to 2,250 masl along the Koshi-highway. Secondary data were gathered from previous research journals, dissertations and official records.\u0000This paper has revealed that improved seeds technology is known as well known and profitable technology for the promotion of both fruits and crops farming in the study area. More than 84 percent (152hhs) farmers have used this as a useful and profitable innovation. Despite various problems, the attraction of farmers is gradually increasing towards this technology. The maximum effort of the farmers seems to be use newly developed hybrid seeds in their agricultural works as far as possible. Although it was introduced through the inspiration of local research centers at first time, the role of neighbours, friends/ relatives and television programs seems to be significant respectively in its development and expansion of this technology in the study area. Teacher professional development (TPD) is considered as one of the essential components for improving and reforming quality of education in the recent years. This article attempts at describing the existing TPD status of the secondary level schools in Nepal, and exploring the opportunities and challenges of TPD programme for the teachers in those schools. In the study, the Headmaster, and secondary level senior teachers were the informants; and an observation check list, and an interview questionnaire were used as the research tools to collect the information. The data were analyzed both descriptively and thematically. The study found that the secondary schools were quite poor regarding their performance of TPD activities. Some of the major advantages of the TPD programme to the teachers were that they got opportunities to take part in training and workshops; and to be involved in discussion and collaboration among the teachers.
