How to identify turnout faults is one of the important tasks of railway engineering departments and electrical departments. We used fast dynamic time warping (FastDTW) algorithm to analyze the similarity of mechanical characteristic data during turnout actions, and then realized the intelligent diagnosis of turnout faults under the background of big data. Aiming at the complexity of the fault data of CBTC vehicle equipment, an intelligent fault diagnosis method of CBTC vehicle equipment based on the improved GA-BP neural network model is proposed, and the most critical ATP type faults in the CBTC system are tested for fault diagnosis. Firstly, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the BP neural network; secondly, the rough set theory is used to reduce the ATP-type fault features to reduce the complexity of the fault features. Based on modular and integrated design, this paper proposed a six-layer architecture model for intelligent management of rail vehicle important parts in whole life cycle and built a digital platform for this six-layer architecture model. On this basis, the bogie an important part of rail vehicle is taken as the research object for case study, from intelligent image recognition of the front-end physical layer to the full life cycle information maintenance and management of application layer. Therefore, periodic inspection of the integrity of grounding grids is very important to ensuring safe production. Electric network theory is a method of introducing the parameter identification method used in analog circuit fault identification into the evaluation of grounding grid corrosion. Based on the measurement principle of electrical network theory, we design a corrosion detection device and the corresponding measurement method for the grounding grid. The device is designed with 16 channels, and up to 16 grounding grid accessible nodes can be connected at the same time. The system controls the conduction of any two channels through a matrix switch to form a detection port and adopts a rotation of the excitation source to inject excitation signals into the network ports in turn and detect the output response. The matrix switch adopts the working mode based on the four-terminal electrode method. Using the strategy of partition measurement and multiple approximation measurements, the locations of the corrosion faults are determined. Finally, a laboratory simulation test is performed on the grounding grid corrosion detection device, and a field experiment is carried out at the Renzhuang Substation in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. In this paper, a device using magnetic coupling resonance radio energy transmission technology to realize wireless energy transmission of electric vehicle is designed. The output power of the system is 85KW, the voltage at both ends of the load can reach 251v, and the power, output voltage and current meet the international standards and the requirements of fast charging of light electric vehicle, which provides a feasible scheme for the realization of wireless charging of electric vehicle. Finally, this paper uses the Simulink simulation toolbox of MATLAB to simulate the designed system, tests the rationality and feasibility of the model, and obtains the prospect of electric vehicle in the future. Using MEMS technology to design vibration capacitance sensor, the sensor is used as the probe to design the electromagnetic field distribution of overhead transmission line based on MEMS sensor. Using the principle of dynamic capacitance, the change of induced charge under the influence of electromagnetic field of electric line is obtained and the magnetic field intensity of electric line is measured. According to the measurement results obtained, combined with MATLAB software, the magnetic induction intensity at the electromagnetic field of the electric line is simulated and calculated, and the distribution and coupling of the electromagnetic field of the electric line are obtained after the summation of superposition. The experimental results show that when the electromagnetic field of the overhead transmission line is taken as the experimental object, the space magnetic field perpendicular to the electromagnetic field plane of the overhead transmission line has a symmetric coupling effect relative to the electromagnetic field plane of the transmission line, and the magnetic field intensity near the edge of the overhead transmission line is higher than that in the central region. Through the basic force analysis of the UUV’s underwater depth direction movement, the Pan-Boolean PID control model is combined with the corresponding dynamic model to establish the Pan-Boolean PID depth motion control mode, separate the parameters of system allowable deviation, system allowable error, and system allowable error differential in the pan-Boolean PID deep motion control model, making the debugging of the model simple and accurate. At the same time, the deep motion control model of Pan-Boolean PID and fuzzy PID is compared and analyzed by MATLAB. In the aspect of hardware, \"plug and play\" is used to realize the connection of differential protection. According to IEC 60870-5-104 transmission protocol, the communication between transformer and differential protection device is established to realize the mutual transfer of information after verification. In the aspect of software, the information automatic checking service from main station to substation and from substation to differential device is accomplished by information automatic checking. On the basis of the basic principle of current differential protection, the brake quantity is introduced and the criterion of ratio differential protection is analyzed. The differential protection device is used to collect the checked information, and the secondary harmonic of the inrush current is calculated after A/D conversion to complete the differential protection.
