On this basis, the bogie an important part of rail vehicle is taken as the research object for case study, from intelligent image recognition of the front-end physical layer to the full life cycle information maintenance and management of application layer. 摘要

轨道车辆的长期运维实践表明,该体系结构和数字化平台对建立轨道车辆全生命周期系统智能管理具有重要的现实指导意义。基于模块化和集成化设计,提出了轨道车辆重要部件全生命周期智能管理的六层体系结构模型,并搭建了该六层体系结构模型的数字化平台。在此基础上,以轨道车辆重要部件转向架为研究对象进行案例研究,从前端物理层的智能图像识别到应用层的全生命周期信息维护与管理。结果表明,该架构模型下的数据平台可实现同批号转向架的问题缺陷跟踪、故障预测、远程维护和全生命周期管理,为构建高效、快速的轨道车辆智能健康管理新模式奠定了基础。
