Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X is a business engaged in the culinary field by producing and selling twelve kinds of traditional snacks. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X is included in the criteria for a micro business because the assets owned are < Rp. 50 million and the turnover is still < Rp. 300 million/year and the number of workers owned is < 5 people. Traditional cake startups often experience obstacles when doing their business, one of which is the fluctuating price of raw materials that affects the amount of profit earned. As a business that is just starting a business, a startup has a goal to make a profit and remain sustainable in the future. In order to determine whether the pilot business will continue to be sustainable in the future, a simulation model with a dynamic system approach is made. The steps taken in this study are based on a dynamic system simulation approach, including problem identification and definition, system conceptualization, model formulation, model simulation, policy analysis and policy implementation. The results of this research show that until the 100th period (April, 2028), traditional cake startups remain sustainable while still generating profits every month. Scenario test was carried out by changing the price of the product/pcs to Rp. 1,500/pcs when there is an increase in the price of raw materials which can be a consideration for start-up business owners to increase prices when raw materials increase, so that the startup can make a profit and will be sustainable in the future. \u0000Abstrak. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X merupakan usaha yang bergerak dibidang kuliner dengan memproduksi dan menjual dua belas macam kudapan tradisional. Usaha Rintisan Kue Tradisional Ibu X termasuk pada kriteria usaha mikro karena aset yang dimiliki < Rp. 50 juta dan omzet yang didapat masih < Rp. 300 juta/tahun dan jumlah pekerja yang dimiliki <5 orang. Usaha rintisan kue tradisional sering mengalami kendala saat melakukan usahanya, salah satunya adalah harga bahan baku yang berfluktuasi sehingga mempengaruhi jumlah profit yang didapat. Sebagai usaha yang baru merintis usaha, usaha rintisan memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan profit dan tetap berkelanjutan di masa depan. Untuk mengetahui usaha rintisan tetap berkelanjutan di masa depan maka dibuat model simulasi dengan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan simulasi sistem dinamis antara lain identifikasi dan definisi masalah, konseptualisasi sistem, formulasi model, simulasi model, analisa kebijakan dan implementasi kebijakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hingga periode 100 (April 2028), usaha rintisan kue tradisional tetap berkelanjutan dengan tetap menghasilkan profit setiap bulannya. X is a trading business which is engaged in agriculture. In running its business, this company recorded incoming and outgoing goods inventory using physical documents written manually. The warehouse division had to submit a stock book first. As a result, the company experienced delays in carrying out sales transactions. An alternative to solve these problems was to design a computerized information system that focused on the company's inventory management, including incoming, outgoing transactions, and data collection in the storage of goods. The design of the information system in this study was carried out using the Framework for Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) method which consisted of 9 stages. Furthermore, the approach taken in improving the information system was to use a model driven development strategy. Its function was to analyze problems by visualizing using business requirements. The design of the information system was built by using several tool, such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel. Currently, order quantity data, purchases and inventories of goods is carried out on physical documents made based on orders received from social media or outlets, so it’s not possible to change goods data directly when goods go in and out. The inhibition of the exchange of information on goods makes the company have to do calculations repeatedly every time there are goods that come in or go out and hampers quick decision making for the company. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How are the business processes carried out by CV. X? (2) How to apply multi-level point of sale to CV. X?. The research stages follow the stages of system development with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three main stages, namely requirements planning, workshop design and implementation. An alternative that can be done in solving this problem is to build a multi-level point of sale information system that can provide accurate availability of goods without performing calculations continuously. The results obtained are a multi-level point of sale information system in the form of a website based application. The results of the application test show that all the functional requirements of the system have been met and solved the problem so that it can be used and developed by the company. \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan makanan beku. Saat ini, pendataan jumlah pesanan, pembelian dan persediaan barang dilakukan pada dokumen fisik yang dibuat berdasarkan pesanan yang diterima dari media sosial atau langsung dari outlet, sehingga tidak memungkinkan adanya perubahan data barang secara langsung saat terjadi keluar masuk barang. Terhambatnya pertukaran informasi barang membuat perusahaan harus melakukan perhitungan secara berulang setiap adanya barang yang masuk atau keluar dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan secara cepat bagi perusahaan. In producing sandals, there are several problems including waste in the form of waiting time which causes waste in the form of inventory. And there are other wastes in the form of defects. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) What types of waste are found in the sandal shoe production line? (2) What are the causes and how to overcome the waste that occurs? (3) What are the proposed improvements to overcome waste? This study uses the Lean Six Sigma metho. In the define stage, using tools in the form of a Value Stream Map, calculating Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE), and identifying waste based on the results of the seven waste questionnaire. The measure stage includes determining critical waste and calculating Defects Per Million Opportunity (DPMO). The analyze stage uses fishbone and makes Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Then the last stage is the improve and control stage using the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) stage and projecting the proposed improvement using the Value Stream Map (Future State). The results of this study are: the operator of the raw material warehouse checks raw materials to be more thorough, selects the right supplier, prepares the raw material specification form and performs production scheduling by prioritizing products that have a shorter process to be produced first. \u0000Abstrak. UKM X merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi sepatu sandal. Dalam memproduksi sepatu sandal terdapat beberapa persoalan meliputi waste berupa waiting time yang menyebabkan waste berupa inventory. Serta terdapat waste lain berupa defect. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apa jenis waste yang terdapat pada lini produksi sepatu sandal? (2) Apa penyebab dan bagaimana cara mengatasi waste yang terjadi? (3) Apa usulan perbaikan untuk mengatasi waste? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Lean Six Sigma. X telah memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi lingkungan sekitar dan dinyatakan layak. PB X dinyatakan layak dengan hasil peramalan menunjukkan tren peningkatan permintaan produk dari segi aspek pasar, aspek manajemen PB. X dinyatakan layak, karena telah menjalankan sistem manajemen yang baik. Hasil dari aspek teknis, perhitungan break event point menunjukkan titik impas pada total produksi 7714 kilogram dan dapat dinyatakan layak, dengan perkiraan volume produksi masih dalam batas kapasitas dan kemampuan teknis. Hasil penilaian kriteria investasi dengan 2 skema kondisi tidak membeli aset dan membeli aset. Workload is important to note in the ergonomic aspect. One of the problems regarding workload imbalances occurs in CV. X's which is engaged in printing and producing a variety of products, one of which is box packaging. Workload imbalance causes work in several processes to be delay due to not being able to complete work on time. The purpose of this study is to know the workload that operators receive at all workstations. The method used is workload analysis, the results obtained based on the method are workloads that show underload or low conditions occur in print process 1 of 11%, print process 2 of 45%, lamination process 1 of 45%, and lamination process 2 of 41%. Workloads that are in load or normal occur in the cutting process of 77% and QC &packaging process of 74%. As for workloads that are overloaded or overloaded occurs in the pond process of 106%. The results obtained from the calculation of the method, there needs to be the addition of operators in the pond process as much as 1 person and the reduction of operators in the print process as much as 1 person while for other processes there is no addition and reduction of operators. The result of the proposed workload for the cutting process is 77%, the print process is 56%, the lamination process 1 is 45%, the lamination process 2 is 41%, the pond 1 process is 74%, the pond 2 process is 32% and the QC &packaging process is 74%. So based on the results of the proposal, the workload received by all operators is in the normal category. \u0000Abstrak.Beban kerja merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam aspek ergonomi. Salah satu permasalahan mengenai ketidakseimbangan beban kerja terjadi di CV X yang bergerak di bidang percetakan dan menghasilkan beragam produk salah satunya yaitu dus kemasan. Ketidakseimbangan beban kerja menyebabkan pekerjaan di beberapa proses menjadi terlambat dikarena tidak mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat pada waktunya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui beban kerja yang diterima operator pada seluruh stasiun kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah workload analysis, hasil yang diperoleh yaitu beban kerja yang menunjukan kondisi rendah terjadi pada proses cetak 1 sebesar 11%, proses cetak 2 sebesar 45%, proses laminasi 1 sebesar 45%, dan proses laminasi 2 sebesar 41%. Beban kerja yang berada pada kondisi normal terjadi pada proses pemotongan sebesar 77% dan proses QC & pengemasan sebesar 74%. Sedangkan untuk beban kerja yang berada pada kondisi berlebih terjadi pada proses pond sebesar 106%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan metode tersebut, perlu adanya penambahan operator pada proses pond sebanyak 1 orang dan pengurangan operator pada proses cetak sebanyak 1 orang sedangkan untuk proses lainnya tidak adanya penambahan dan pengurangan operator. The problem is that there is a delay in sending products to consumers or production targets that are not achieved due to delays in raw materials caused by poor production planning. The impact of these problems is that the company gets a penalty from the consumer for not being able to keep the agreement that has been made. Efforts that can be made to overcome these problems are by implementing a decoupling point and planning material requirements for supplies that are used as decoupling points. The results obtained from data processing and is the determination of the decoupling point in the sewing process. With the determination of the decoupling point, the leadtime value on CV. X was reduced from 6 days to 2 days. After determining the inventory, the next step is to propose production planning by forecasting demand, aggregate planning, then disaggregation to determine the Master Production Schedule (JPI), testing the feasibility of JPI using RCCP, followed by planning material requirements using material requirements planning (MRP) to produce a proposed plan. ordering supplies that are used as decoupling points (grey sewing cloth) for 1 month. \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan tekstil yang menghasilkan 20 jenis kain. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, CV. X mengalami permasalahan. Permasahalan tersebut yaitu adanya keterlambatan pengirimin produk kepada konsumen atau target produksi yang tidak tercapai dikarenakan keterlambatan bahan baku yang disebabkan perencanaan produksi yang kurang baik. Dampak dari permasalahan tersebut adalah perusahaan mendapatkan penalti dari konsumen karena tidak dapat menepati kesepakatan yang telah dibuat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan decoupling point dan melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan material pada persediaan yang dijadikan decoupling point. Hasil yang didapat dari pengolahan data dan adalah penetapan decoupling point pada proses sewing. Dengan adanya penetapan decoupling point nilai leadtime pada CV. X berkurang yang awalnya 6 hari menjadi 2 hari. PT X is a manufacturing company engaged in the garment industry. Manual handling work with an average operator load in one arrival of 1 car moves the product 36 times, carried out by 3 operators. There are problems experienced by operators who complain of pain in several parts of the body, namely the upper back, lower back and feeling sore in some parts of the body. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design work facilities using anthropometric methods in order to minimize the work risks experienced by bal-transfer workers. The method used to measure work risk is the Ovako Working Analysis System with the ErgoFellow Software tool and to find out operator complaints using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. Through the questionnaire, it can be seen that the pain experienced by the operator in the shoulder, lower back and upper back and the average risk measurement results are at code 4 level, which means that repairs are needed as soon as possible. Recommendations for designing work facilities are hand lifts based on the dimensions of the worker's body, dimensions of product bales, and available facilities. This hand lift is divided into three parts, namely the part where the load is stored, the control, and the support and hydraulics. The hand lift function is useful for moving product bales, either raising or lowering them. The results of the simulation carried out after the design of the hand lift shows a decrease in the level of risk, when the operator moves the product bales at the risk level at code 1, which means that corrective action is not required. \u0000Abstrak. PT X merupakan suatu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri garmen. Pekerjaan manual handling dengan rata-rata beban operator dalam sekali kedatangan 1 mobil memindahkan produk sebanyak 36 kali pemindahan yang dilakukan oleh 3 operator. Terdapat masalah yang dialami operator yang mengeluhkan sakit pada beberapa bagian tubuh yaitu punggung atas, punggung bawah dan merasa pegal pada beberapa bagian tubuh. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang fasilitas kerja dengan metode antropometri agar dapat meminimasi risiko kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja pemindahan bal. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur risiko kerja adalah Ovako Working Analysis System dengan tool Software ErgoFellow dan untuk mengetahui keluhan operator menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Melalui kuesioner dapat diketahui keluhan rasa sakit yang dialami oleh operator pada bahu, punggung bawah dan punggung atas dan hasil pengukuran risiko rata-rata berada pada level kode 4 yang artinya perbaikan diperlukan secepat mungkin. PT X is a manufacturing company in publishing, printing, security printing, and general trade. The company has several large machines to support the production process. The company also provides spare parts used for the engine repair process. The problem at the company is the high time to take and wait for spare parts that cause high downtime. The activity of taking spare parts makes time for 60 minutes and the activity of waiting for spare parts takes 2.880 minutes. The high time to take and wait is due to spare parts storage that does not separate old and new spare parts, spare parts are not arranged according to type, there is no sign according to the type of spare parts, the contents of the storage area are not visible, there are different spare parts in the same location, and there is no sign of spare parts stock. Taking and waiting activities are non value added activity (NVAA). Therefore, there needs to be improvements to reduce non value added activity. Improvement are made with the application of the 5S (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke). The 5S method can be used to rearrange spare parts storage in the company, so that spare parts are easy to find and availability can be known. After repairs, there was a decrease in the time to take spare parts by 95.37% and a decrease in spare parts waiting time by 100%. \u0000Abstrak. PT X merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang penerbitan, percetakan, security printing, dan perdagangan umum. Perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa mesin besar untuk menunjang proses produksi. Perusahaan juga menyediakan sparepart yang digunakan untuk proses perbaikan mesin. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT X adalah tingginya waktu mengambil dan menunggu sparepart yang menyebabkan downtime tinggi. Aktivitas mengambil sparepart membuatuhkan waktu selama 60 menit dan aktivitas menunggu sparepart membutuhkan waktu selama 2.880 menit. Tingginya waktu mengambil dan menunggu disebabkan karena penyimpanan sparepart yang tidak memisahkan sparepart lama dan baru, sparepart tidak disusun sesuai jenis, tidak ada tanda sesuai jenis sparepart, isi dari tempat penyimpanan tidak terlihat, terdapat sparepart berbeda pada lokasi yang sama, dan tidak ada tanda stok sparepart. Aktivitas mengambil dan aktivitas menunggu merupakan aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perbaikan untuk mereduksi aktivitas yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan penerapan 5S (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke). One of the products produced is steamed chocolate brownies. High consumer demand for these products causes companies to have to produce in large quantities so that demand can be met. However, the company always produces defective products in large quantities, which is about 2.13% of the production and there is also waste that causes the production flow to be inefficient to the maximum. Therefore, the lean six sigma method is used as an effort to reduce waste and improve quality. SIPOC diagram, current state value stream mapping and 7 waste questionnaire were conducted to identify waste. It was found that the dominant types of waste that occur are defects, transportation and waiting. Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) is used to measure the efficiency level based on the comparison of the processing time and production lead time values from the VSM mapping, the PCE current state value is 57.14%. DPMO and Sigma Level are used to measure the company's sigma capability. The resulting average sigma level value in April – June 2021 is 2.84. Waste problems in CV.X are caused by human, material, machine, method and environmental factors. Efforts were made to improve the efficiency and level of company sigma. Recommendations for improvement are carried out by providing training to operators, increasing work supervision, making work standardization visually, scheduling machine maintenance, increasing the number of trolleys, adding dough boxes equipped with filters, designing visual controls for work in process reports, redesigning production layouts (Re-layout), as well as applying kaizen blitz. \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang industri pangan. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah brownies kukus cokelat. Permintaan konsumen yang tinggi terhadap produk tersebut menyebabkan perusahaan harus memproduksi dalam jumlah yang besar agar permintaan dapat terpenuhi. Namun perusahaan selalu menghasilkan produk cacat dalam jumlah banyak yaitu sekitar 2,13 % dari hasil produksi dan juga terdapat waste yang menyebabkan aliran produksi tidak efisien secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, metode lean six sigma digunakan sebagai upaya untuk mereduksi waste dan meningkatkan kualitas.
