MI Terpadu X is an elementary school that has several administrative processes, one of which is student administration. The activities in the student administration are considered less effective because there is no regular relationship between aspects of student administration activities plus the Covid-19 pandemic condition which makes it difficult for school workers, teachers as well as parents and students to access data quickly plus the number of students who continue to work. increasing every year so that there is a need to improve the quality of national education standards in the management aspect with the aim of building good administrative services. An alternative in solving problems experienced by student administration is to design an information system for student administration services using the Prototyping information system development method. The Prototyping method is a method that builds a prototype design to make it the basis before making the actual system. This method has four main stages, namely planning, analysis, design and implementation by communicating openly to the school workforce to create the system they want. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the student administration information system design has been arranged in a system by maximizing the function of the administrative section as the manager to store data related to student administration used by the student department, treasurer, homeroom teacher, curriculum and other sections so that storage data becomes centralized and can be accessed by parents, prospective students and students through the website presented. \u0000Abstrak. MI Terpadu X merupakan sekolah tingkat dasar yang memiliki beberapa proses administrasi salah satunya adalah administrasi kesiswaan. Kegiatan yang ada di administrasi kesiswaan tersebut dinilai kurang efektif karena tidak adanya hubungan yang teratur antar aspek kegiatan administrasi kesiswaan ditambah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang menyulitkan tenaga kerja sekolah, guru maupun orang tua dan siswa dalam mengakses suatu data secara cepat ditambah jumlah siswa yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas standar nasional pendidikan pada aspek pengelolaan dengan tujuan untuk membangun layanan administrasi yang baik. Alternatif dalam penyelesaian masalah yang dialami oleh administrasi kesiswaan adalah merancangan sistem informasi layanan administrasi kesiswaan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi Prototyping. X is a textbook publishing and printing company that produces according to customer requests. In supporting these production activities, the company has a raw material warehouse. Currently, inventory data collection activities in the raw material warehouse are carried out on different physical documents, so that changes in the amount of material inventory cannot be known automatically when goods enter or leave. This causes the decision-making process in material replenishment to be hampered and ultimately affects the production process. An alternative that can be done in solving the problem is to design a company warehouse management information system that can provide accurate information on the availability of raw materials. The research stages follow the stages of system development with the Throwaway Prototyping Method which consists of four main stages, namely planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The results obtained are a warehouse management information system in the form of an application prototype which consists of the administration of receiving goods, the status of inventory in the warehouse and the administration of releasing goods from the warehouse. The prototype was built based on the needs and desires of the company. The results of the prototype test showed that information on the amount of raw material inventory can be known in real time so the prototype development can proceed to the design and implementation stages of the actual system. \u0000Abstrak. PT. X merupakan perusahan penerbitan dan percetakan buku pelajaran yang melakukan produksi sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan. Dalam mendukung kegiatan produksi tersebut, perusahaan memiliki gudang bahan baku. Saat ini aktivitas pendataan persediaan di gudang bahan baku dilakukan pada dokumen fisik yang berbeda, sehingga perubahan jumlah persediaan material tidak memungkinkan diketahui secara otomatis saat barang masuk atau keluar. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengisian kembali material menjadi terhambat dan pada akhirnya berpengaruh juga pada proses produksi. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah adalah merancang sistem informasi manajemen gudang perusahaan yang dapat memberikan informasi ketersediaan bahan baku secara akurat. In running its business, CV. UM often experience delays in fulfilling customer requests. Factors that cause this problem is because of the amount of waste activity, thus making production lead time become long and productivity levels decrease. When productivity decreases, it affects the speed of customer demand fulfillment. Therefore, Lean Manufacturing approach can be used as an effort to reduce waste. This study aims to reduce waste so that the productivity of CV. UM is increasing. Based on the results of waste identification using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 7 waste questionnaire, it is known that there are 4 types of dominant waste that inhibit the production flow, namely Excessive Transportation, Waiting, Unnecessary Motion, and Unnecessary Inventory. To solve this problem, improvement efforts are proposed by applying the design of tools in the form of Roll Conveyor, pulley systems, containers, and crocks, application of the concept of 5S, production layout redesign, the addition of facilities that support the production process in the form of Trolley Pallet Jack and Wooden Pallet, and the application of Lean Thinking. If improvement efforts to reduce waste are implemented, production lead time is expected to be reduced by 19% from 20.007,04 seconds to 16.175,04 seconds. The decrease can increase Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) or company productivity = increased by 13,43% from 52,47% to 66,17%. \u0000Abstrak. CV. UM merupakan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi Bracket Roulet Gordyn. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, CV. UM sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut yaitu banyaknya aktivitas pemborosan (waste), sehingga membuat production lead time menjadi panjang dan tingkat produktivitas menurun. Ketika produktivitas menurun, maka akan mempengaruhi kecepatan pemenuhan permintaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, pendekataan Lean Manufacturing dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya untuk mereduksi waste. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi waste agar produktivitas CV. UM meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi waste menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan kuesioner 7 waste, diketahui bahwa terdapat 4 jenis waste dominan yang menghambat aliran produksi yaitu Excessive Transportation, Waiting, Unnecessary Motion, dan Unnecessary Inventory. The learning process carried out in the laboratory is to provide practical learning experiences for students to recognize the tools and materials using them directly and apply the theory gained during class. The activities carried out can run well if they can be balanced with the quality of services and laboratory management. The method used is ISO 9001:2015 which serves to collect identification data for laboratory adjustments. In addition, the method used, namely the maturity level of the management process, is used to determine how well the laboratory management has been carried out at LTI UNISBA, while the gap analysis method is used to provide suggestions for laboratory management so that the gap between what is achieved and what is expected can be minimized. The results of the evaluation with ISO 9001:2015 for the Laboratory of Work Design Analysis and Ergonomics are worth 1.77, the Quality Management Laboratory is worth 1.75, the Information and Decision Systems Laboratory is worth 1.76, and the Production Systems Laboratory is worth 1.74. The overall average value of UNISBA's LTI is 1.76, which means that UNISBA's LTI for the quality management system is at level 1. \u0000Abstrak.Laboratorium dalam konteks pendidikan pada dasarnya mempunyai fungsi sebagai penunjang proses pembelajaran dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di laboratorium yaitu memberikan pengalaman praktek belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk mengenali alat dan bahan dalam menggunakannya secara langsung serta menerapkan teori yang didapat selama didalam kelas. Kegiatan yang dilakukan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila dapat diimbangi dengan mutu dari pelayanan dan pengelolaan laboratorium. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu ISO 9001:2015 yang berfungsi untuk pengumpulan data identifikasi penyesuaian terhadap laboratorium. Selain itu, metode yang digunakan yaitu tingkat kematangan proses pengelolaan digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik pengelolaan laboratorium yang telah dilakukan pada LTI UNISBA sedangkan metode analisis kesenjangan digunakan untuk memberikan usulan pengelolaan laboratorium agar kesenjangan antara yang dicapai dan yang diharapkan dapat diminimalkan.Adapun hasil evaluasi dengan ISO 9001:2015 untuk Laboratorium Analisis Perancangan Kerja dan Ergonomi bernilai 1.77, Laboratorium Manajemen Kualitas bernilai 1.75, Laboratorium Sistem Informasi dan Keputusan bernilai 1.76, dan Laboratorium Sistem Produksi bernilai 1.74. Environmental aspects and work postures in the company need to be considered in the garment industry. This is because the garment industry still relies heavily on human labor, and the work is generally repetitive and monotonous. CV. X is a company that produces various kinds of clothing ranging from children's clothing to adults. The number of operator errors in grouping at the preparatory work station resulted in the company often not achieving its production targets. Error grouping can be caused by fatigue experienced by the operator due to work postures that are not yet ergonomic. The grouping work process is carried out with a bent sitting posture without a base with the position of the material not being neatly arranged. This posture is not natural so that it can cause musculoskeletal complaints. Complaints were identified using a Nordic Body Map (NBP) questionnaire and a Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) work risk assessment was carried out through the creation of a Virtual Environment Modeling. The results of the questionnaire showed complaints on the neck, wrists, lower back, buttocks, and thighs. The work risk is in the activity of grouping and transferring the results of grouping. The PEI value is obtained in the range of 2.6 – 3.01. This value is categorized as high because it is close to the maximum PEI value of 3.42. The design of the facility is a grouping table using the Anthropometric approach. PEI value after ergonomics facility modeling is obtained in the range of 1-1.6. These results indicate a reduction in the level of risk and increase operator comfort in doing work. \u0000Abstrak. Aspek lingkungan serta postur kerja diperusahaan perlu diperhatikan pada industri garmen. Hal tersebut dikarenakan industri garmen masih banyak mengandalkan tenaga manusia, dan umumnya pekerjaan yang dilakukan repetitive dan monoton. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam pakaian dari mulai pakaian anak hingga dewasa. Banyaknya kesalahan operator dalam mengelompokkan pada stasiun kerja persiapan mengakibatkan perusahaan seringkali tidak mencapai target produksinya. Kesalahan pengelompokan dapat disebabkan oleh kelelahan yang dialami operator dikarenakan postur kerja yang belum ergonomis. Proses kerja pengelompokan dilakukan degan postur duduk membungkuk tanpa alas dengan posisi bahan yang belum tertata rapi. Postur tersebut tidak alamiah sehingga dapat menyebabkan keluhan musculoskeletal. Dilakukan identifikasi keluhan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBP) dan penilaian risiko kerja Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) melalui pembuatan Virtual Environment Modelling. In order to make this happen, it is necessary to pay attention to supply chain activities from upstream to downstream, from selecting suppliers to distribution activities to consumers.X Bakery is one of the food industry sectors in the city of Bandung. In its activities, X Bakery involves several activities, namely procurement activities, manufacturing activities to distribution activities. However, the products produced by X Bakery do not have a halal certificate so it is necessary to check the flow of their supply chain. In their activities, small and medium enterprises are not yet aware of the importance of halal certification in the products they produce, in line with public awareness of halal assurance, the halal supply chain can be a solution to this problem. So that in this study, performance measurement in supply chain activities added several aspects related to the halal concept.The supply chain performance measurement is carried out using the SCOR model approach and the weighting is carried out using the Fuzzy AHP method. Based on the research, it is known that the overall value of the assessment is included in the average category with a value of 69.59. Of the 15 KPIs studied, there are 8 KPIs that are still low. Of the 8 low-value KPI’s, 3 of them are KPI’s with the halal concept, including KPI’s for product storage time, cleanliness of transportation equipment, and product time. Where improvements need to be made in order to improve the company's performance by providing several improvement proposals in order to help improve the performance of the X Bakery company. \u0000Abstrak. Sektor industri mengalami persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut setiap perusahaan agar terus meningkatkan daya saingnya. Daya saing yang dilakukan pada perusahaan dapat melalui peningkatan kualitas produk serta dengan memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Agar bisa mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka perlu diperhatikan pada kegiatan rantai pasok dari hulu hingga hilir, mulai dari pemilihan supplier hingga pada kegiatan pendistribusian ke konsumen. X Bakery merupakan salah satu sektor industri makanan di Kota Bandung. Dalam kegiatannya X Bakery melibatkan beberapa aktivitas, yaitu aktivitas pengadaan, manufaktur hingga aktivitas distribusi. CV.Bagus Jaya Textile (BJT) is an industry that produces fabrics with high value. The problem faced by CV.BJT is the imbalance of production flow that results in unmet production targets, so that the throughput obtained is not maximum. The imbalance of production flow occurs because the allocated capacity is not managed and scheduled properly, which is causing Work in Process (WIP) and waiting waste. Basically, CV.BJT has set the standard of WIP which is 30% of the overall WIP. However, in fact, WIP buildup was found by 33,33% at Stenter workstation. The causative factor is capacity constraints. Therefore, improvement efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced by CV.BJT. This research aims to reduce waste also manage and schedule constraint workstations. Improvement efforts are made by implementing a combination of Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints. The improvements can reduce waiting time from 406,51 to 182,65 minutes /batch. This is due to the implementation of conWIP system that makes WIP decreased by 31,25% from the initial condition. While the constraints workstation is managed and scheduled by Drum Buffer Rope method, so that the capacity of future conditions can meet production targets. When the production target is met, the throughput increases from Rp 9.255.067.125 to Rp 10.297.640.532. The impact of improvement efforts can reduce production lead time from 2.229,48 to 2.005,62 minutes /batch. \u0000Abstrak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh CV.BJT yaitu ketidakseimbangan aliran produksi yang mengakibatkan target produksi tidak terpenuhi, sehingga throughput yang diperoleh tidak maksimum. Ketidakseimbangan aliran produksi terjadi karena kapasitas yang dialokasikan tidak dikelola dan dijadwalkan dengan baik, sehingga menimbulkan Work in Process (WIP) dan waiting waste. Pada dasarnya, CV.BJT sudah menetapkan standar adanya WIP yakni sebesar 30% dari WIP keseluruhan. Namun, kenyataanya masih ditemukan penumpukan WIP sebesar 33,33% di stasiun kerja Stenter. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu capacity constraints. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya perbaikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh CV.BJT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi waste dan mengelola serta menjadwalkan stasiun kerja constraints. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan dengan menerapkan kombinasi Lean Manufacturing dan Theory of Constraints. Perbaikan tersebut dapat mereduksi waktu tunggu dari 406,51 menjadi 182,65 menit/batch. Hal tersebut karena adanya pemberlakuan sistem ConWIP yang membuat WIP menurun sebesar 31,25% dari kondisi awal. Sementara stasiun kerja constraints dikelola dan dijadwalkan dengan metode Drum Buffer Rope, sehingga kapasitas kondisi future dapat memenuhi target produksi. Ketika target produksi terpenuhi, maka throughput meningkat dari Rp. 9.255.067.125 menjadi Rp. 10.297.640.532. The results of the identification of constraints, it is thread scissors work stations and the entire process Quality Control (QC) work station, experienced capacity constraints or bottlenecks. At the constraints exploitation stage, a linear program calculation is carried out to determine the optimal amount of production for the robe and koko shirt. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, menggunakan Theory Of Constraints. Tahapan yang digunakan adalah mengidentifikasi constraints, mengeksploitasi constraints, subordinasi non-constraints, dan elevasi constraints. Hasil identifikasi constraints diperoleh stasiun kerja gunting benang dan stasiun kerja Quality Control (QC) keseluruhan proses, mengalami kendala kapasitas atau bottleneck. Pada tahapan eksploitasi constraints dilakukan perhitungan programa linier untuk mengetahui jumlah optimal produksi produk gamis dan baju koko. Hasilnya jumlah optimal gamis sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan, sedangkan jumlah optimal baju koko kurang dari jumlah permintaan. Mount Papandayan Garut Nature Tourism Park has not implemented Muslim Friendly tourism, so there are several criteria that are not fulfilled such as security and comfort services provided to tourists are not fully guaranteed. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and improve the quality of performance by providing service priorities so that the criteria for Muslim Friendly tourism can be achieved and fulfilled using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and using simulation.. The results of the performance assessment and expectations based on the results of the IPA method can be seen that the Mount Papandayan Garut Nature Tourism Park has fulfill several indicators of Muslim Friendly tourism in the services provided.
