Home Industry X is a company that produces various types of bags for daily use. In its production activities, companies often experience losses because they cannot achieve their production targets. This is caused by the cut result do not matching the pattern. This cutting error occurs due to the operator's unnatural working posture, causing complaints occured about the musculoskeletal system. Further observations on operator complaints were made using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire and occupational risk assessment using the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) method through virtual modeling using Jack Simulation 9.0 software. The results of the NBM questionnaire showed that there were complaints in several parts of the body. The work risk of cutting work activities shows a PEI score in the range of 2.75-3.54. The score is categorized as high because it is close to the maximum PEI value of 3.42. Based on the high work risk that occurs, a work facility is designed in the form of a cutting table with an anthropometric approach which results in a table length of 186 cm, a table width of 86 cm, a table height of 104 cm, and a floor distance of 59 cm from a storage rack. This proposal can change the operator's working attitude from squatting and bending to standing up straight and has been proven to reduce work risk. The PEI score generated using the proposed work facility is in the range of 1.12-2.01.  \u0000Abstrak. Home Industry X adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai jenis tas untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, perusahaan kerap mengalami kerugian karena tidak dapat mencapai target produksinya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh hasil potong tidak sesuai pola. Kesalahan potong ini terjadi karena postur kerja operator yang tidak alamiah sehingga menyebabkan keluhan pada sistem muskuloskeletal. Dilakukan observasi lebih lanjut mengenai keluhan operator menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan penilaian risiko kerja menggunakan metode Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) melalui pemodelan virtual menggunakan software Jack Simulation 9.0. Hasil kuesioner NBM menunjukan terjadi keluhan pada beberapa bagian tubuh. Risiko kerja pada aktifitas kerja pemotongan menunjukan skor PEI pada rentang 2,75-3,54. Skor tersebut dikategorikan tinggi karena mendekati nilai maksimum PEI sebesar 3,42. Berdasarkan tingginya risiko kerja yang terjadi maka dirancang fasilitas kerja berupa meja pemotongan dengan pendekatan antropometri yang menghasilkan ukuran panjang meja sebesar 186 cm, lebar meja sebesar 86 cm, tinggi meja sebesar 104 cm, dan jarak lantai ke rak penyimpanan sebesar 59 cm. Usulan tersebut dapat merubah sikap kerja operator yang semula jongkok dan membungkak menjadi berdiri tegap dan terbukti dapat mengurangi risiko kerja. The purpose of this study is to provide a proposal for an inventory system to companies using the Q model probabilistic EOQ method. And to provide an information system in the form of a Google Data Studio dashboard and a Google spreadsheet application that can facilitate recording or archiving, see the development of raw material inventory control through graphs accurately and accurately. quickly, and increase effectiveness in decision making. The development of this inventory information system uses the probabilistic economic order quantity (EOQ) method with the Q model emphasizing the results in the form of graphs, values, and indicators on the dashboard. This can make it easier for company owners to make decisions, and help with raw material inventory activities. Pabrik beras S merupakan pabrik yang bergerak di bidang pangan berupa beras. Pencatatan untuk pembelian padi maupun penjualan beras masih dilakukan secara manual seperti menulis dibuku harian pemilik untuk pencatatan pembelian padi, penjualan beras, dan juga keluar atau masuknya barang. Akibatnya pemilik atau bagian - bagian yang terlibat pun merasa kesulitan terhadap jumlah dari persediaan stok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan usulan sistem persediaan kepada perusahaan dengan metode EOQ probabilistik model Q. Serta memberikan sistem informasi berupa aplikasi dashboard google data studio dan google spreadsheet yang dapat memudahkan dalam pencatatan atau pengarsipan, melihat perkembangan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku melalui grafik secara tepat dan cepat, dan meningkatkan efektifitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pembangunan sistem informasi persediaan persediaan barang ini menggunakan metode economic order quantity (EOQ) probabilistik dengan model Q menitikberatkan hasil dengan bentuk grafik, nilai, dan juga indikator yang terdapat pada dashboard. Hal ini dapat mempermudah pemilik perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan, serta membantu aktivitas kegiatan persediaan bahan baku. The obstacle encountered in this company is work in process at the Sewing Work Station and the Finishing Work Station and there are work stations are idle at the Embroidery Work Station. These constraints are caused by an unbalanced capacity occurs due to differences in the operating process time at each work station. Therefore, capacity must be increased so that demand can be met and the resulting throughput is maximized. This increase can be done by implementing the Theory of Constraint steps starting from the identification of constraints, exploitation of constraints, subordination of other sources and elevation of constraints.The final result of the application of the theory of constraint is the application of overtime at the constraint work station, namely Sewing 1, an additional overtime is added for one hour and for Finishing 1,2 3 and Packaging 1, two hours each. The increase that occurs is in the utility of work stations for Sewing 1 from 104.70% to 91.96% while for Finishing 1, 2, 3 and Packaging 1, respectively from 123.18%, 127.87%, 116.73% and 124.12% to 95.81%, 99.45%, 90.79% and 96.54%, respectively. With the increase in capacity, the Throughput obtained has increased from Rp. 1,033,868,000 to Rp 1,274,504,000. \u0000Abstrak. L merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang garmen. Gejala yang ditemui pada perusahaan ini yaitu terjadi penumpukkan barang setengah jadi pada Stasiun Kerja Sewing dan Stasiun Kerja Finishing serta terdapat stasiun kerja yang mengalami idle pada Stasiun Kerja Embroidery yang disebabkan oleh kapasitas yang tidak seimbang karena perbedaan waktu proses operasi pada setiap stasiun kerja. Oleh karena itu, kapasitas harus ditingkatkan agar permintaan dapat dipenuhi dan throughput yang dihasilkan menjadi maksimal. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan langkah – langkah Theory of Constraint mulai dari identifikasi constraint, eksploitasi constraint, subordinasi sumber lain serta elevasi constraint. Hasil akhir dari penerapan theory of constraint yaitu berupa penerapan overtime pada Stasiun Kerja constraint yaitu Stasiun Kerja Sewing 1 dilakukan penambahan waktu overtime sebanyak satu jam dan untuk Stasiun Kerja Finishing 1,2 3 dan Packaging 1 masing – masing sebanyak dua jam. Peningkatan yang terjadi yaitu terdapat pada utilitas stasiun kerja untuk Stasiun Kerja Sewing 1 dari 104,70% menjadi 91,96% sedangkan untuk stasiun kerja Finishing 1, 2, 3 dan Packaging 1 masing – masing dari 123,18%, 127,87%, 116,73% dan 124,12% menjadi 95,81%, 99,45%, 90,79% dan 96,54%. One of them is X Restaurant in Bandung, West Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service at X Restaurant based on the ServQual Method (Quality of Service) and the Kano Method. The Service Quality method is measured based on the GAP or the gap between perceptions and expectations. While the Kano method is used to categorize attributes in order to find out what attributes must be improved, maintained, and considered and considered capable of meeting customer satisfaction. The results of research conducted using the Service Quality Method on five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for GAP 5, it was found that there were still gaps, and the largest GAP value was in the responsiveness dimension, namely -1,067. Meanwhile, the highest service quality value is found in the assurance dimension, which is 0.790. Based on the results of the integration of Service Quality and Kano Method, it is known that among the 20 variables studied, 5 are recommended to be improved, 8 are recommended to be maintained and 7 are recommended to be considered. \u0000Abstrak. Saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Salah satunya adalah Restoran X di Bandung, Jawa Barat. Tujuan utama pada Restoran X adalah memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik agar pelanggan mendapatkan pengalaman yang baik dan berharap untuk kembali lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan di Restoran X berdasarkan Metode ServQual (Service Quality) dan Metode Kano. Dalam hal kepuasan pelanggan, pendekatan dengan menggunakan Metode Service Quality dapat diterapkan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode Service Quality diukur berdasarkan GAP atau kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan. Sedangkan pada Metode Kano digunakan untuk mengkategorikan atribut agar dapat mengetahui atribut apa yang harus ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, dan diperhatikan serta dianggap mampu memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Service Quality terhadap lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty untuk GAP 5 ditemukan masih terdapat kesenjangan, dan nilai GAP terbesar terdapat pada dimensi responsiveness yaitu sebesar -1,067. Sedangkan pada nilai kualitas pelayanan tertinggi ditemukan pada dimensi assurance yaitu sebesar 0,790. X is a manufacturing company engaged in the printing sector that use market strategy Make to Order (MTO), where the customer orders the product first and then the production activity is carried out. Therefore, this MTO method has a fairly high Customer Lead time. Product orders that occur when raw materials are not available often lead to lost sales. If raw materials are not available, customers prefer to place orders with competing companies in the area around CV. Media Ambassador. This lost sale occurred due to the absence of good inventory management. The purpose of this study is to classify raw materials according to their classification, predict raw material needs, obtain raw material control methods that are in accordance with company conditions, and calculate total cost expectations. To achieve this goal, this research uses the ABC Classification method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Forecasting, Inventory Management Methods Q, P and P Multi item. The conclusion of this study is that inventory management is in accordance with the characteristics of raw materials and CV. X is the Q method for the raw material group A and the multi item P method for the B raw material group. The total expected cost for 8 periods (2 months) to implement this inventory management is Rp 411,760,899. \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang percetakan yang menerapkan strategi Make to Order (MTO), yaitu pelanggan memesan produk terlebih dahulu baru dilakukan kegiatan produksi. Oleh sebab itu, metode MTO ini memiliki Customer Lead time yang cukup tinggi. Pemesanan produk yang terjadi pada saat bahan baku tidak tersedia sering menyebabkan terjadi lost sale. Apabila bahan baku tidak tersedia, pelanggan lebih memilih melakukan pemesanan kepada perusahaan pesaing yang berada di wilayah sekitar CV. X. Lost sale ini terjadi disebabkan belum adanya manajemen persediaan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengelompokan bahan baku sesuai klasifikasinya, memprediksi kebutuhan bahan baku, memperoleh metode pengendalian bahan baku yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan, dan menghitung ekspektasi total ongkos. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode Klasifikasi ABC, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Forecasting, Manajemen Persediaan Metode Q, P dan P Multi item. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu manajemen persediaan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik bahan baku dan perusahaan CV. X yaitu metode Q untuk kelompok bahan baku A dan metode P multi item untuk kelompok bahan baku B. PT. T is one of the industries engaged in garment or convection which in 2017 to 2021 experienced a decrease in sales revenue in a row. The purpose of this research is to determine the internal and external factors and the value of the weights on each of these factors, to find out the alternative strategies and the value of TAS on each alternative which can then result in the highest TAS value of the alternative strategies that can be implemented by PT. T. The company is obliged to make improvements to the strategy so that the company's income can increase. The development strategy that will be carried out is based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats at PT. T. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) is used to obtain alternative strategies where alternative strategies are obtained from internal and external factors of the company. Research data and information consist of primary data and secondary data, the analytical tools used in this research are IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) matrix and EFE (External Factors Evaluation) matrix, IE (Internal External) matrix, SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), determining alternative strategies and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Determination of alternative strategies resulted in 13 alternative strategies at PT. T. Based on the results of the QSPM from 13 alternative strategies, there are 4 strategies that will be prioritized and implemented at PT. T, one of which is increasing product promotion and promotional media with a TAS value of 6,150. \u0000Abstrak. PT.T ialah salah satu industri yang bergerak dibidang garmen ataupun konveksi yang pada tahun 2017 sampai 2021 mengalami penurunan pendapatan penjualan secara berturut-turut. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal serta nilai bobot pada masing-masing faktor tersebut, mengetahui alternatif strategi serta nilai TAS pada setiap alternatif tersebut yang kemudian dapat hasil nilai TAS tertinggi dari alternatif strategi dapat diimplementasikan oleh PT. T. Perusahaan wajib melakukan perbaikan strategi agar pemasukan perusahaan dapat meningkat. Strategi pengembangan yang akan dilakukan yaitu berdasarkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman pada PT.T. Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) digunakan untuk mendapatkan alternatif strategi dimana alternatif strategi didapat dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal perusahaaan. The increasingly fierce competition between Café businessmen in Indonesia, requires these business actors to be able to determine the opportunities for success and survival, it is also very small to survive and compete with these small opportunities requires the right marketing strategy. The problems in this research are formulated as follows: (1) How is the purchasing power of the local community towards the culinary food products of the cafe seasen? (2) What are the factors that influence the level of sales of culinary products at X Indramayu Café? (3) What is the right marketing strategy to be applied to the seasen cafe in Indramayu?. The researcher uses the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. The results of this study are: The results of the study show that the purchasing power of the community towards Café X products has decreased in market share. Café X's market share from 2017 to 2019 continued to decline from 47.5% to 43.9% in 2019. The internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix value was 2.67, which was above 2.5 which indicates the company's internal position which is strong and (EFE) of 2.68 above 2.5 (middle point) indicates that Café X is able to take advantage of external opportunities and avoid threats facing the company. After doing the QSPM analysis, it was found that the alternative strategy that was felt to be the most appropriate for Café X was product development. \u0000Abstrak. Semakin ketatnya persaingan antara pebisnis Café di Indonesia, menuntut para pelaku usaha tersebut harus dapat menentukan peluang untuk sukses dan bertahan, sangatlah kecil juga untuk bertahan dan bersaing dengan peluang yang kecil tersebut dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana daya beli masyakat sekitar terhadap produk makanan kuliner café X? (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan produk kuliner di café X indramayu? (3) Bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada kafe seasen di Indramayu?. Peneliti menggunakan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Hasil penelitian menunjukan daya beli masyarakat terhadap produk Café X mengalami penurunan pangsa pasar. Pangsa pasar Café X sejak tahun 2017 hingga 2019 terus mengalami penurunan dari 47,5% menjadi 43,9% pada tahun 2019. Nilai matriks internal factor evaluation (IFE) adalah sebesar 2,67 berada di atas 2,5 yang mengindikasikan posisi internal perusahaan yang kuat dan (EFE) sebesar 2,68 diatas 2,5 (titik tengah) mengindikasikan bahwa Café X mampu menarik keuntungan dari peluang eksternal dan menghindari ancaman yang menghadang perusahaan. Today's rapid technological changes cause the process of a job to change too, because technology is very influential on the progress of an industry. Laboratory at the Islamic University of Bandung is one of them, with various technological developments, of course some processes have changed to support better performance. The practicum process is one of the main activities in the laboratory, in each semester there are approximately two courses that are practiced, therefore changes are needed in several systems, one of which is the practicum process from the beginning of registration to the exit grades. Improvements to the practicum process itself were chosen in order to speed up the performance of some activities so that the processing time in some systems can work faster. The process that becomes the main problem is contained in three parts, namely registration, scheduling, and assessment. Usually because the work process is still manual and the role of technology is still minimal, some performance takes a long time, of course this must be corrected immediately so that some processes that take a long time can be accelerated and the level of security can also be maximized because data storage is more secure. The Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) method, using tools such as Use Case Diagrams for communication between entities, Entity Relationship Diagrams for relationships between entities, and Data Flow Diagram for data flow between entities and processes. By knowing these problems, a candidate solution was chosen in solving this problem, using a MySQL database. For system design using a MySQL database assisted by XAMPP in designing an information system database for practicum implementation. In designing this system, it will be able to assist the activities of the entire practicum implementation process for students, assistants, and lecturers in the future quickly and accurately. \u0000Abstrak.Perubahan teknologi yang pesat saat ini meneyebabkan proses suatu pekerjaan mengalami perubahan juga, dikarenakan teknologi sangat berpengaruh akan kemajuan suatu industi. Laboratorium Sistem Informasi dan Keputusan di Universitas Islam Bandung salah satunya, dengan berbagai perkembangan teknologi tentunya beberapa proses mengalami perubahan untuk menunjang kinerja yang lebih baik. Proses prakitkum sendiri dipilih agar dapat mempercepat kinerja beberapa kegiatan sehingga waktu proses dalam beberapa sistem dapat bekerja lebih cepat.  Proses yang menjadi permasalahan utama terdapat dalam tiga bagian, yaitu pendaftaran, penjadwalan, dan penilaian. X is a manufacturing industry company that produces motorcycle spare parts and provides spare parts for two-wheeled vehicles. Warehouse data recording activities still require calculating material stock and putting it on the white board as a place to store data and different physical documents. This incident hampered the process of receiving and disbursing the warehouse, which required purchases to wait if the warehouse had recorded the required physical documents related to inventory data in physical documents, so that data entry was not updated directly which could later affect other parts. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are as follows: (1) How are the business processes carried out by CV. X? (2) How to design an inventory information system needed by CV. X?. The research stages follow the stages of the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) framework to the stage of database and interface development (Construction & Testing). One option that can be done in solving this problem is to build an inventory management information system that can provide accurate, fast and precise availability of goods without continuous waiting time. The results obtained are the raw material inventory system in the warehouse in the form of a website-based application. \u0000Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi alat-alat sparepart motor dan menyediakan suku cadang kendaraan roda dua. Aktivitas perekapan data gudang masih mengharuskan melakukan perhitungan stok material dan menuliskan diwhite board sebagai tempat penyimpanan data serta dokumen fisik yang berbeda. Perisitiwa ini menghambat proses transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran pada gudang yang mengharuskan bagian purchasing menunggu apabila bagian gudang sudah melakukan pencatatan dokumen fisik  yang dibutuhkan terkait data persediaan dalam penyerahan dokumen fisik, sehingga pengisian data tidak terupdate secara langsung yang nantinya dapat mempengaruhi bagian lainnya. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh CV. X? (2) Bagaimana merancang sistem informasi persediaan yang dibutuhkan CV. X?. Tahapan penelitian mengikuti tahapan-tahapan kerangka kerja Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) sampai dengan tahapan pembangunan basis data dan antarmuka (Construction & Testing). In the Unisba industrial engineering study program, the final project data management is still carried out in the conventional way. Therefore, information systems must be developed so that data can be accessed in real time, at any time and from any location. Analysis is very important in making information systems. Analysis is a priority that will assess whether the project will be continued or not. The purpose of this study is to assess the economic feasibility of developing a web-based final information system from an economic point of view. The method used in this research is called cost-benefit analysis (CBA). The stages of this method are divided into, (1) costs and benefits, (2) determining the value of costs and benefits, and (3) determining cash flows. The economic results obtained are the Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 94,221,299 and a Benefit Cost Ratio of 1.5017. Then the Return of Investment (ROI) value is 50% and the Break Event Point (BEP) value is 1.97, which shows that the total investment cost can be returned to the break-even point after 1.97 years. Overall, the calculation of this cost analysis shows that the construction of a final project information system in the Unisba industrial engineering study program is said to be feasible because the NPV value is > 0, the BCR value is > 1 and the ROI is positive. \u0000Abstrak. Di program studi teknik industri Unisba, pengelolaan data tugas akhir masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi harus dikembangkan agar data dapat diakses secara real time, setiap saat dan dari lokasi mana pun. Analisis kelayakan sangat penting dalam pembuatan sistem informasi. Analisis kelayakan merupakan tahapan yang menilai apakah proyek suatu organisasi akan dilanjutkan atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kelayakan ekonomi pembangunan sistem informasi tugas akhir berbasis web dari sudut pandang ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Tahapan dari metode ini dibagi menjadi, (1) Mengidentifikasi biaya dan manfaat, (2) Menetapkan nilai biaya dan manfaat, (3) Menentukan cashflow. Hasil kelayakan ekonomi diperoleh nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 94.221,299 dan Benefit Cost Ratio sebesar 1,5017. Kemudian didapatkan nilai Return of Investment (ROI) sebesar 50% dan nilai Break Event Point (BEP) sebesar 1,97 yang menunjukkan bahwa total biaya investasi dapat dikembalikan dengan titik impas setelah 1,97 Tahun.
