In the paper, an improved super-efficiency method is obtained and applied to evaluate the customers' credit in internet finance companies. In contrast to the super-efficiency method, computing results shows the improved method can really overcome two shortcomings of the original method: (1) relative efficiency values of some decision-making units are too large; (2) infeasibility problem can occurred in the original model. Furthermore, compared with other modified super-efficiency method, the improved method is simple. Data analysis illustrates that the improved method can rank and classify customers rationally. So the new method can provide feasible decision basis for risk management.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126614810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Furthermore, this study made an in-depth analysis of the substitution impact of formal and informal institutions on enterprises' R&D intensity. The results showed that the promotion of legal protection level in one region could not only facilitate enterprises to participate in In-house R&D and R&D cooperation significantly, but also promote enterprises' R&D intensity. The development level of market intermediaries imposed a positive impact on enterprises' R&D intensity and their participation in internal R&D activities. The promotion of the trust level in one region had a positive effect on enterprises' R&D intensity and their participation in cooperative R&D activities. In areas where the development level of trust was low, enterprises were more dependent on legal protection and market intermediaries to carry out R&D activities; that is, formal institutions and informal ones could be substitutes for each other in influencing enterprises' R&D intensity.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125974286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The corporate character in innovation plays an important role, and understanding the inherent relationship between organizational character and innovation can help enterprises achieve their performance. Therefore, this paper takes 185 listed companies of 2014–2016 years of high-tech industry as the sample, and studies the relationship between characteristic portfolios and innovation exploratory using financial and governance data, and meanwhile verifies that organizations can cultivate its own character traits from four aspects: organizational orientation, sound consciousness, internal decision-making and external perception. Road traffic capacity model and safe distance model are proposed to calculate safe distance based on ellipse vehicle model given that traffic capacity, driver classification, and vehicle speed and size.58 subjects are divided into LHC and RHC group tested their eye fixation in 9 regions when overtaking by eye tracker which constitutes drivers' response time. In order to control the quality of modular building, we introduce a set of scientific construction quality evaluation methodology modularto evaluate and control the quality. Hence, this report will point out a fuzzy evaluation model of modular integral construction quality based on the combination of OWA operator weights. The methods from a practical point of view, analyzes the construction quality of prefabricated construction, modular construction quality evaluation index system is established; in consideration of the modular construction of uncertainty. A combination OWA operator objective weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combining, assembled monolithic construction quality of the final comprehensive evaluation values are obtained. The related research on risks faced by enterprise has been mainly focus on the categories of risks and how they interrelated with each other. However, these researches ignore that most risks are not only interrelated with the enterprise but also interrelated with some risks of the cooperative enterprises. In this situation, it is more challenge to manage risk for enterprise. Therefore, effectively managing risks interrelated is important to the success of R&D activity. To address this gap, this paper groups risks faced by enterprise in R&D network based on the literature review, and proposes how to use DEMATEL approach to analyze the complicated interrelationship of risks considering both the risk inside the enterprise and risk of the cooperative enterprise.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131365299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a hot spot to analyze technology with social network analysis method, especially the analysis of patent technology networks. This study proposes a new approach to identifying the relationship between structural holes and innovation performance of enterprises from the perspectives of co-occurrence based on the theory of structural holes. Specifically, drawing from a sample of 46 enterprises listed in Fortune 500 companies which belong to the electronics industry over 15 years, the results from panel regression model provide support for the hypothesis. The aim at this study is to find out what kind of structural holes level can enable enterprises to obtain the best innovation performance. Thus, we can provide future direction for the development of technology companies. In addition, this study also provides new ideas and methods for the research of enterprises innovation performance.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124775915","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
