As an important component of corporate social responsibility, corporate donation has attracted more and more academic attention. In this study, we shed light on the relationship between female executives' characteristics and corporate donation. With a sample of all A-share listed companies spanning from 2010 to 2016, we investigate the impact of three key characteristics of female executives on corporate donation: education, age and pay. The empirical results show that the education of female executives is significantly correlated with the corporate donation, but female executives' age and the executive pay for female contribute little to the donation. Specifically, highly educated female executives are significantly associated with relatively low corporate donation levels. In this paper, manufacturing industry upgrading and low-carbon technology breakthrough research were chosen as the study objects, impacts of manufacturing industry upgrading to low-carbon technology breakthrough innovation are discussed by using structural equation model. Once an event exposes, it will spread immediately and attract the public attention;then in a short time hyping the related event with stigmatization makes it be a hot topic and evolve into group network public crisis. Based on the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on the stigmatization, this paper attempts to analysis the spread of the “death of Yang LEI” in the context of big data combined with the specific situation of China's current transition period. The study observes the context of the incident, real-time tracking of the latest developments in the event, accurate positioning of the storm eye public opinion and the views of leaders. This paper explains the causes, processes and social risks of stigmatization in social interaction, and points out the breakthrough of the panoramic governance of social risks caused by stigma.
