Results from the study indicated that work engagement has positive effect on innovative work behavior and organizational performance. Moreover, mediating effect of innovative work behavior and moderating role of perceived distributive fairness was also verified. Study was limited to public sector organizations only. Therefore, more research is needed to generalize the results in other contexts. 摘要
