LBS is able to transfer emergency information between metro passengers and emergency management department through mobile networks in direct and efficient way. However, passengers' intention to use LBS in metro emergency will have a great impact on the actual operation. As a result, this research attempt to find out the factors, which affect the using of LBS in metro emergency situation. A model based on TAM is constructed by literature review, with external factors such as information quality, system quality and risk perception. Questionnaire is also established to measure the adaptability of the model in the specified problem by structural equation modeling. The research results show that information quality of LBS has a great impact passengers' perceived usefulness, and indirectly affect intention to use. System quality of LBS has a great impact on passengers' perceived ease of use, which will directly and indirectly affect intention to use. Passengers' risk perception of metro emergency has the strongest affection on the intention to use LBS, and it will also affect the intention to use indirectly through affecting perceived usefulness. If management department wish to use LBS to manage emergency information, they should try to promote the information quality and system quality of LBS systems. And they also should try to increase passengers' risk perception of metro emergencies.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121093019","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study selects Harbin as the typical case and investigates what factors affect the amount of its carbon emission by applying the SPIRPAT model with the data from 1995 to 2015. The findings show that urban population, energy intensity, per capita GDP deflator, and the capacity of public transportation all positively affected the level of city's carbon emissions with a gradually decreasing influencing extent, while industrial structure did not significantly affected carbon emissions. Accordingly, to reduce carbon emissions in Harbin, residential living environment, energy efficiency, and the energy system of public transportation should be further optimized.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"479 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122744949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective of this study is to investigate the process of passenger information dissemination under such circumstance. Based on the SIRS model and mean field theory, we develop a passenger information diffusion model. The model is modified to be suitable for passenger's habit that positive social reinforcement is considered. We simulate the rule of diffusion and analyze the trend of information variation by changing different parameters. This research constructs the theoretical model based on the relationship between team faultlines, team conflict, team performance and shared objectives. Based on the internal influence of team faultlines on team performance, two variables of team conflict and shared objectives are introduced. Team faultlines are divided into social categorization faultlines and information processing faultlines. The empirical results show that the social categorization faultlines and information processing faultlines have negative impacts on the team performance. The team conflict plays a mediation role in the process of the impact of the social categorization faultlines and the information processing faultlines on the team performance. The shared objectives plays a moderation role in the process of the impact of the social categorization faultlines and the information processing faultlines on the team performance. This research explores the mechanism of team faultlines on team performance, and according to the results proposed to some relevant suggestions to strengthen team management.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128021977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper will bring the reduction of the production cost and knowledge sharing brought by Internet into the Rapoport's production and exchange model. We obtain the analytic solutions for improved Rapoport's production and exchange model under special circumstances (two kinds of products costs are the same). To analyze the influence of the productions of knowledge brought by Internet in knowledge innovation ecosystem, we discuss the numerical simulation results under more universal situation (two kinds of products costs are different). Research suggests that, 1) The key of knowledge production growth in an innovation ecosystem under the Internet background is the decreasing of production cost of knowledge brought by the Internet; 2) when the production costs of two kinds of knowledge is very close, there will be a symbiotic region. However, when the gap of production costs of two kinds of produces is large, then a “parasitic” state will exist under the equilibrium state.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"169 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133657438","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
