Based on the intersectoral linkage theory, this paper utilizes input-output table to calculate IPD (index of power of dispersion) and ISD (index of sensitivity of dispersion), selects the leading sectors in different phases, and explores their changing tendency. Moreover, the total energy consumption and consumption structure of the leading sectors are also analyzed. The emphasis is placed on the intersectoral linkage and energy consumption structure of the largest energy consumer-iron and steel industry. The analysis on the leading sectors and their energy consumption provides a feasible solution for studying industry structure change and energy security in the late phase of China's industrialization and post-industrialization process.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"75 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121908171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To provide a healthy environment for the residents and promote healthy economic development, here we recorded the monthly change curves of SO2, PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations in multiple key cities of Northeast China, and compared those concentrations in heating seasons and non-heating seasons. Our results showed that winter heating significantly changed the concentration of SO2, PM2.5 and PM10. Furthermore, we performed a cause analysis focusing on the impact of winter coal burning on haze weather, which aimed at proposing a feasible haze control approach for the northeastern region in order to achieve the best effect of haze control with minimum cost.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"751 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117005229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study introduces the focused ethnography and observation of cases of the metadata. A decade ago, typically, the broadcast archive consisted of movies and indexes and metadata. Afterwards, additional text information on TV programs called “post metadata” appeared around the broadcasting industry in Japan. This study focuses on the metadata generation process in which contents of program are not only monotonously recorded in text, but also information based on needs is selectively recorded in text format with certain rules and ethical standards. There is a kind of knowledge filter in the generation process based on manual works by pro audience.","PeriodicalId":275033,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Management Science and Engineering (ICMSE)","volume":"132 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117335375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In 2014, the Blue Book of Chinese Society pointed out that in recent years, the number of social events caused by various social contradictions was more than 10,000[1]. Where the environmental mass incidents are multiple with 30% annual growth. In all kinds of environmental conflicts, environmental engineering projects conflicts are emerging. The academic community has gradually carried out the construction of major projects of social stability risk assessment criteria, evaluation index system and other attempts to standardize the implementation of the project research, and achieved more fruitful research results. Local governments have been working in practice based on the corresponding evaluation index system. It is found that the establishment of environmental engineering project evaluation criteria is very important. However the root causes of social stability risk are essential for solving the fundamental problems. In the transition period, Chinese scholars are having great concern to the causes of the conflict. The scholars believe that with the consciousness of people's environment, the awakening and strengthening of citizens' consciousness, the lack of interest demands, the deviation of risk cognition, the influence of psychological perception and so on Important reasons for the frequent conflict of environmental engineering projects. From the theory used in the analysis, there are political opportunity structure theory, collective action theory, discourse theory, relative deprivation theory[2]. Some scholars believe that the occurrence of mass incidents (collective action) is an important factor in the environmental engineering as a social engineering, embedded in the local community, did not take into account the local knowledge, local identity, the impact of factors[3]. For a long time, China's medical resources have been highly concentrated in cities, yet the medical service supply is relatively insufficient in rural areas. In the research, investigate the patients of 15 medical and health institutions of township level in cold areas through questionnaires, and reveal the influence factors on patient satisfaction. Conduct factor analysis for handling the influence factors on patient satisfaction through SPSS20.2, and adopt structural equation model to build the route to influence patient satisfaction through AMOS21.0. Sum up five common factors, including conditions of medical institutions, doctor service, nurse service, patient institutions and patient satisfaction. It is good in fitting of structural equation model. Conditions of medical institutions and doctor service have greater influence on patient satisfaction, and nurse service and patient information have relatively less influence. And it is strong in the correlation between conditions of medical institutions, doctor service and nurse service. The results indicate that the residents in towns and villages pay the most attention to the reputation of hospitals, the quality of medical staff, medical expenses, equipment and drugs. Advise grassroots hospitals to strengthen the conditions and construction of service abilities of health clinics in towns and townships, increase the proportion of essential drugs and adjust the compensation standard of NCMS so that it can attract the patients to go to health clinics in towns and townships through the advantages in price.
