The study found that the R&D innovation efficiency of regional high-tech industries have a big difference and a significant spatial correlation; innovation outputs show spatial effect which has significant positive impact on innovation efficiency; there is significant U type relationship between firm size and R&D innovation efficiency; government financial support has a significant negative impact on R&D innovation efficiency, government tax support has a significant positive effect on R&D innovation efficiency.
