The Matching HUB system was designed to facilitate the simultaneous creation of multiple new products and businesses leading to innovation. A series of Matching HUB events have been held in Kanazawa, which become greater as the events continued to be held. The events have created numerous collaborations by the effective management of University coordinators. The expansion of the Matching HUB event across Japan has already started from Kumamoto and planned to Otaru. The concept of Matching HUB system has been recognized as useful and valuable managed by university for creating the innovation. Assuming that online retailers can forecast the market demand accurately, this study focuses on the supply chain composed of one online retailer and multiple suppliers When online retailer determining the order quantity, the quantity of maximum inventory is decide by the method of “current demand and safety stock” instead of “the average of historical demand and safety stock”,this study investigates the influence of the market demand information sharing of online retailer to the bullwhip effect on supply chain and the level of the supplier inventory. The results prove that the market demand information sharing of online retailer can reduce the bullwhip effect on supply chain, and can also reduce the inventory level of supplier. Using a deep processing graphite R&D center as an example and collecting the data from the members' published papers in CPCI-S (Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Science), EI (The Engineering Index), and SCI(Science Citation Index) databases, we extract the cooperation and consultation relationships to construct the undirected and directed network. By analyzing the cohesion, connectedness of network subgroups and other measures, we show that when the R&D center is developing, subgroups are connected by the key members. Some members lead in internal cooperation while others excel in external communication. We also find that the team has an obvious hierarchy and appears fragile. The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the relationship between characteristics of strategic leadership and organizational effectiveness. After analyzing the theory of the nature and mechanism of strategic leadership, this study was presented that since the decision made by the leader can only be implemented on condition that team members cooperate with each other to carry out the plan, the strategic leadership cannot directly influence the team effectiveness and vitality, therefore, the intermediary variable is supposed to be included to guarantee the plausibility of the hypothesis. The research has discussed that strategic leadership is mirrored from three aspects: leaders' qualities, organizational abilities and interaction abilities; and team members also need three processes from obtaining information to implementation: perception, listening and execution as a theoretical model to study the mechanism of strategic leadership. In this study, the league of legends team competition as a research case, the game players conducted a questionnaire survey. A total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected. This paper follows the theory sampling principle and selects the case study of Alipay and TenPay. It will explain how the strategy affects the network structure characteristics, and how the network structure affects the legitimacy of the network structure. In other words, there exists lots of poor interactions between human and information system use, such as the overload work volume and medical errors resulting from inappropriate behavior with new technology. Thus, we use quality control system, an augmented system of electronic medical records, to explore the complementary impacts of information system to enhance the effectiveness of information system us. Our study extracted physicians' scores evaluated by the controlling system automatically at a large urban hospital in China. To examine relationship between controlling system and healthcare organizational outcomes, we construct the fixed effect model. Our results reveal an interesting progression over time in how process standardization forming from controlling system affects physician performance and patient benefits. It has significant implications to select the appropriate partners for the success of University-industry collaboration. Firstly, the paper introduces social capital and network risk to analyze the partner selection of the University-industry collaboration. Social capital is considered as the attribute of participant itself in the University-industry collaboration, and network risk is used to measure the risk among the partners. Then, we put forward the objective function on the basis of quantization of social capital and network risk. Meanwhile, the strategy of partner selection of UIC is proposed in two cases. In QFD, customer needs are identified as inputs to the first house of quality and then transformed through several stages into various levels of parameters to design for quality. However, in most cases numerical measurement of quality is not appropriately deployed. An approach for measuring quality in the first house of quality is proposed in the paper using target-oriented multi-attribute preference analysis. Firstly, quality in the first house of quality is examined from the viewpoint of evaluated aggregate quality. Secondly, attributes are identified to measure the achievement of customer needs and customer expectations on attributes are defined according to their relevant sources. Thirdly, quality in the first house of quality is measured with target-oriented multi-attribute preference analysis. Then the green innovation ability of the industry and enterprise is divided into three categories according to the similarity by using cluster analysis. Finally, the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis are compared and analyzed. Since there currently exist a fairly large number of evaluation mechanisms and selection criteria for entrepreneurial ideas, the article presents a system for initial “filtering” of these ideas by fairly simple criteria. The proposed evaluation system will allow an idea to be evaluated quantitatively (using a points system) for “viability”, and thus compared with other ideas. The selection system proposed will make it possible to take to the “second level” (that of consideration and approval) only those ideas that are truly feasible under given economic, market and social conditions. The system presented is based on a number of different approaches to idea evaluation, and these are also analyzed in the article.
