摘要

本文基于制度逻辑理论,以2012年中国企业调查数据为样本实证研究,探讨了制度逻辑、临时雇佣行为与企业绩效之间的关系。根据之前的文献梳理,中国企业的行为主要受市场逻辑和临时雇佣行为的影响,对企业的年度绩效产生负面影响;(2)国家逻辑对临时雇佣行为既有积极的影响,也有消极的影响,对企业的年度绩效产生积极的影响;(3)临时工规模在制度逻辑与企业年度绩效之间起部分中介作用,并对企业年度绩效产生负向影响。
