The problem of introducing and developing digital services into the public administration system at all levels of government is urgent. Experts argue that digitalization will ensure an increase in the level of efficiency in the provision of public services to the population. The problematic field of research is the level of involvement of the population in interaction with government structures in the digital space. Mastering the information environment requires certain competencies that are not developed immediately. The speed of mastering such competencies depends on many factors, including the understanding of the need for their constant use. The goal of the research is to determine the attitude of the regional population towards digital technologies used for interaction between citizens and government agencies.Today, comprehensive sociological research on this topic is required. When working on a scientific article, methods of sociocultural analysis, document analysis, and empirical collection of primary information in the form of a survey were used. The introduction of digital technologies into the professional sphere has predetermined an increase in the amount of information necessary for successful development in professional activities. This fact involves the development of students’ skills in searching, analyzing, systematizing and mastering educational material.The problem statement: how can the interaction of visual and non-modal channels of information perception be optimized so that the process of searching, analyzing, systematizing and assimilating professionally significant information among higher school students becomes effective?The goal of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of using mapping as a means of developing skills in searching, analyzing, systematizing and assimilating professionally significant information in the process of educational activities.The following methods of empirical research were used: questionnaires based on Google forms, conversation and testing, T-Test. Taking into account the strategic development of the industry until 2030, there is a significant shortage of personnel for the effective development of domestic tourism in the Krasnodar Territory. As a result, it is possible to formulate a research problem caused by a significant gap between the requirements of the socio-economic development of the region and the current state of affairs in the field of personnel training for the development of domestic tourism in the Krasnodar Territory.The goal of the research is to identify the main problems in the process of training personnel for the development of domestic tourism in the Krasnodar Territory, and to formulate the main directions for optimizing this process. The methodological basis of the research is determined by the use of such scientific research methods as studying scientific literature, analysis, generalization, description.The research results: it has been determined that currently the personnel shortage in the domestic tourism industry, according to various estimates, ranges from 30% to 40%. At the same time, there are a number of significant problems in the system of training personnel for the development of domestic tourism in the Krasnodar Territory as a factor in the socio-economic development of the region. In these conditions, the problem of creating psychologically comfortable conditions for the comprehensive development of an individual, his/her security in the process of interaction between subjects of the educational process, which requires teachers to be prepared to design and create a psychologically safe educational environment, acquires special significance. In this regard, the research problem lies in the scientific substantiation and practical development of a model for developing the readiness of future teachers to design a psychologically safe environment. The goal of the research is to develop a model for developing the readiness of future teachers to design a psychologically safe environment. The methodological basis of the research is represented by a set of methods of analysis, modeling, design, and experiment.The results of the research: various approaches to the content of a future teacher’s readiness to design a psychologically safe educational environment have been analyzed; the structural components of readiness have been identified, the criteria and indicators of its formation have been determined. The authors are trying to solve the problem: how to awaken a sense of patriotism in young people, convey to them the values of Russian civilization and do this in a way that does not cause rejection or resistance?The goal of the research is to find a theoretical and methodological basis for sensitive, but at the same time effective teaching of the discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» and to demonstrate the chosen pedagogical strategy using the example of studying the topic «Russia: Trials and Heroes».The authors of the article, using methods of semantic and structural analysis, have formed an ideological framework and set the logic for selecting material, which allows them to provide the necessary information within the chosen topic in a targeted and orderly manner.The result of the research was methodological recommendations and materials for studying the topic «Russia: trials and heroes». In order to avoid a moralizing tone and excessive pathos, it has been proposed to adhere to such pedagogical principles and techniques as focusing on dialogue, relying on previously formed knowledge and ideas, searching for connections between this topic and modernity and professional interests that are relevant for certain groups of students.The Conclusions. The article has a clear practical focus. The goal of the research is to study the experience of foreign countries in which social entrepreneurship is developing in the tourism industry and signs of its institutional transformations are emerging, which allows us to extrapolate this experience to solve a number of problems in the Russian tourism sector. The results of the analysis of scientific publications reflecting the topic of the development of social entrepreneurship and its institutionalization in the developing countries of the Asian South – India and Pakistan – are presented. The research method is the analysis of documents – scientific publications, which reflect the problems of institutionalization of social entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. Based on the analysis of tourism in these countries, scientists have identified such aspects of the problem associated with the institutionalization of social entrepreneurship as increasing the level of interest of local communities in the development of tourism, taking into account the specifics of the tourism industry, trends in the sustainability of its development, orientation towards the management of this area and cooperation between business and the state. The relevance of the research is due to the emerging scientific contradiction, which requires resolution, between the active process of digitalization of all spheres of human life and the potential capabilities of the educational institution to effectively implement digital services in the educational process. The problem of the research is to find an answer to the question: what are the main vectors of digitalization of education in modern conditions as a cultural value? The goal of the research is to reveal key directions of digitalization of education as basic guidelines for its quality in modern conditions. The research methods used are analysis, deduction, generalization, survey.The Research results: the dominant directions of the digitalization process of modern education have been revealed and the key trends in the digital transformation of education have been identified; the range of ICT within the framework of academic disciplines in universities in physical education and sports has been argued; factors that impede the spread of digital educational technologies have been systematized.Key conclusions: the dominant directions of the process of digitalization of education are introduction of digital programs for monitoring student progress, transfer of information, development of online learning, systems for universal student identification, design of digital models of educational institutions. The scope of the research is a consideration and description of the methodology for holding foreign language olympiads as a motivation factor in learning. Thegoal of the research is to prove the positive impact of holding an online Foreign Language Olympiad on motivation in learning a foreign language.The research objectives: to analyze the experience of holding foreign language olympiads, to develop practical advice on the methodology for conducting such procedures. Methods used by the authors to illuminate the stated issues: comparative analysis of sources on the above-mentioned topics, experimental method, statistical mathematical method of data processing – Student's T-test. The results of the research has proved hypothesis about the positive impact of holding olympiads on motivation in learning a foreign language through appropriate scientific research methods. The initial manifestations of trust were recorded in the political philosophy of Ancient Greece and Ancient China, on the basis of which thinkers determined the interconnection and interdependence of relations between government and society. Further developing in line with political sociology, trust as the principle of “fides” (“faith”) from the Roman law was conceptualized by M. Weber as an “emotional product” of a social contract, violation of the terms of which does not carry sanctions, with the exception of the loss of business reputation. The category of trust was significantly enriched during the development of sociology of the 20th – early 21st centuries, and thanks to the works of P. Sztompka and F. Fukuyama, it gained understanding of the conditions for sustainable development of society in conditions of uncertainty, in which the individual proceeds from the “credit” of confidence in the respectable behavior of another and absolute confidence in one's own actions. In recent years, a “crisis of confidence” in science as a social institution in modern society has been recorded.The problem of the research is to identify the peculiarities of understanding the category of “trust” by the classics of sociological science and their applicability in modern science.The goal of the research is to study the relationship between the dynamics of trust in Sociology in the scientific community and in science as a social institution as a whole.The methodological basis of the reseearch is a systematic approach and general methods of scientific knowledge, such as analysis, synthesis, generalization.The Research results.
