In the tradition of the religious expression of Islam, one of which can be seen through the veil. In Indonesia, the phenomenon of women veiled growing along with the development of the diversity of models and variations of the hijab. In connection with the phenomenon, the authors of driven to do research among academics, headscarves, namely Faculty of Tarbiyah PIE Coed and teacher training UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, which notabenenya as a potential teacher PAI. This type of research is a research field that is descriptive-qualitative. The technique in the determination of the subject of the research that the author use is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation involved, while the analysis of the data using a descriptive-analytic, and ultimately the conclusion. By using the theory of the religious dimension of the Glock and Stark, the results showed: first, understanding of the concept of hijab according to female student of PAI as religion teacher candidates not only have a single concept, but rather is composed of five variations, namely: (1) Hijab as an obligation in Islam to cover nakedness, (2) Hijab as Muslim identity, (3) Hijab as motivation to form characters, (4) Hijab protectors, 5) the hijab as a form of homage to the women, and (6) Hijab as a Muslim woman's new life style. Second, the influence of the concept of the hijab Coed PAI against religious behavior can be seen from two competence, i.e. of the personality and social. \u0000Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspresi keagamaan, yaitu globalisasi. Dalam tradisi Islam, ekspresi keagamaan tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat melalui jilbab. Di Indonesia, fenomena wanita berjilbab semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan keanekaragaman model dan variasi jilbab. Sehubungan dengan fenomena tersebut, penulis terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian jilbab di kalangan akademisi, yaitu Mahasiswi PAI Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta yang notabenenya sebagai calon guru PAI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik dalam penentuan subjek penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi terlibat dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif-analitik, dan pada akhirnya kesimpulan. This is due to cultural constraints which have resulted in a less gender responsive policy, namely the patriarchal system. In the patriarchal system men control women's work. The implication is that santri occupy the main authority in the pesantren environment. In analyzing the nature and culture theory, women and their functions are identified with \"life\", placing themselves close to nature. While men are placed as a group entitled to fill the public sector. In boarding schools, generally still treat santri with the dichotomy of the role. As a result santri have limited access to activities outside the pesantren. Subordination to students is also evident from the lack of opportunities to appear in public. Because something that is mass and prestigious is considered a male area. Finally, the experience gained by the santriwan was greater. To read the Qur'anic cues, the author uses a rational-religious approach initiated by Jawwad Rida. This article examines spiritual education written by Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah in his book. This study is interesting to do, since the focus of education mostly only penetrated the intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence, while spiritual intelligence still has not received intense attention in education. Then the study of this book is still not much done in terms of spiritual education. This study is a literature study with the primary source of the book Tuhfah Al-Maudūd Bi Ahkāmi Al-Maulūd and other supporting books of Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah. The theory that the writer uses here is from Islamic education theory written by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas and Ramayulis, then about the sprititual intelligence of Ary Ginanjar Agustian and Danah Zohar-Ian Marshall. Based on the theory, Ibn Qayyim views that education is ta'dib, which represents the good of the body and the ruhaniyah. Spiritual intelligence is the first thing parents notice, from before birth until delivery. Therefore, teachers should have consistency in implementing their spiritual attitudes in learning to be role models for learners. No exception Teachers in MA Qodiriyah Harjowinangun Demak Dempet especially who teach the clusters of Islamic Religious Education (Qur'an Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Ahlak and SKI). To know more about their spiritual attitudes, used field research with qualitative approach, data obtained by observation and interview then analyzed descriptively with phenomenology approach. From this study it is found that MA Qodiriyah teachers a have implemented the spiritual potential of nafsaniyyah (consisting of reason, heart and lust) and ruhaniyyah (consisting of spirit and fitrah). Then they implement with various practices outside learning, among others, memorize the Qur'an certain letters, istighatsah, night prayers, and follow tarekat.
