We reduce the bit depth when switching to subtraction methods of signal representation (e.g., differential pulse-code modulation) however, the number of non-zero values of the coefficients is significant. In this paper, we consider the method of effective transformation of weight sequence in general and specific weight coefficients to the form at which the number of bit depth is shortened, and the number of zero values is increased. The proposed methods of selecting and calculating the auxiliary sequence to reduce the number of units in the representation of these coefficients, which leads to the transition from inefficient non-recursive implementation to economic recursive. In this context, the pedagogical trend is clearly followed - the development of “machine pedagogy” as the theory and practice of knowledge acquisition by computers and computer-based network entities. This study is significant for additional justification of applying the GMDH-based inductive modeling in case of large samples. The inductive modeling problem is defined and main external criteria are presented. An approach to the asymptotic investigations is explained based on assumptions of strong regularity of regressors. The study results demonstrate the convergence of any external criterion to some finite values in probability. Moreover, the minimal value of an accuracy criterion at infinity corresponds to the true model. The basic composition of the ADS of the educational content organizing is proposed, that contains its three substrategies, namely, the axiomatic-deductive substrategy (ADSS) of the ELC terminological-conceptual apparatus (TCA) organization, the ADSS of the ELC statements organization and the taxonomically oriented substrategy (TOS) of ELC content deployment. In the logical-semantic core (LSC) of the e-learning course semantic space (ELCSS) highlighted a metadisciplinary logic-semantic core (MDLSC), the actual abstract logic-semantic core (LSC) and the sets of partial logical-semantic areas of the ELCSS. All ELC knowledge is divided into two large groups: an axiomatic group of knowledge and an derivative group of knowledge. These approaches and algorithms provide automation of recruitment processes, simplify search of probable candidates for the respective positions according distant learning outcomes. Created training requirements for system, elements of which were own factors of importance. The systematic analysis of the research object in which the system has been designed product targets, its objectives and structure was carried out. Having received the information, software to implement the task, namely, its own framework with built-in programming language PHP, client to work with databases and HeidiSQL MariaDB and designing of patterns MVC were selected. In addition to work with the client often, not the software used technologies such as AngularJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Twitter Bootstrap. A new approach to image enhancement by parameter-free intensity transformation based on an estimate of the bivariate distribution of brightness is proposed. Analysis of the bivariate distribution of brightness enables to significantly improve the efficiency of image contrast enhancement. Based on this approach, a new generalized description for the procedure of intensity transformation based on the analysis of the marginal cumulative distribution function of image brightness is proposed. The relationship between the proposed generalized description of the intensity transformation and the traditional definition of histogram equalization is shown. Based on proposed description, a new technique of modified histogram equalization is proposed. The research confirms the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
