Modern life-time assessment methods are based on three-dimensional modelling and the finite element method. Within the framework of these methods, geometric models are constructed that take into account the thinning of the walls of the pumps as a result of operation. By constructing geometric models, finite element models are constructed. These models are made taking into account the conditions of loading of the structure, tightening of bolted connections, technological and temperature loads. The constructed models allow to assess the strength of the pump casing and the main bolted connections during normal operation and gyro testing. The paper assesses the cyclic strength of these structural elements. The results of the work confirmed a sufficient residual life-time for safety pump operation in the next 15 years.","PeriodicalId":271237,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122455318","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are many scientific works devoting to the risk study and assessment in a project and approaches have been developed to prevent and combat them. These studies have a reflection in various project management methodologies. However, not at all uncertainties can be described clearly and using formalization approaches. According to the last studies, the human factor is a leading factor among the success criteria. In other words, the leading criteria of project success are in the People area of the ICB 4.0 standard. The Blended Mental Space (hereafter - the BMS) is a space that is providing interaction of all criteria, appearing at the time of project initialization and disappears at its completion. There are some scientific works are devoted to the study of the BMS and the definition of aspects that influence project success. The focus of this paper will be shifted to the area of study of factors that may affect adversely on the BMS and lead to project failure. Such uncertainties are in the area of “soft” criteria. The influence of these “soft” criteria can make a comparison with the influence of chronic diseases: slowly and constantly, and as a result, they lead to the serious problems and irreversible processes upon the condition of the absence of preventive permanent treatment measures.","PeriodicalId":271237,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128436804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The components that need to be taken into account during the development of the crop harvesting technological systems projects are singled out. The methods of observations and computers experiments are described. The projects efficiency indicators of harvesting technological systems are established. For this purpose, the regularities of the functional indicator dependencies of the sugar beets harvesting technological processes are used. The determinations of these dependencies were achieved with statistical modeling methods with multiple projects iteration of the corresponding technological systems. This made it possible to take into account the influence of stochastic factors in the project environment and to obtain the functional indicators in a probabilistic way. Computer experiments were executed and their results were processed using mathematical statistics methods. The dependence of the mathematical expectation estimates of the unharvested area's volume from the launch time of sugar beet harvesting projects and their production area for the given combines is established. The obtained dependencies were used for optimization calculations and their results are presented. According to these results, the optimal value of the production area will vary at different times of project launch time and unchanged technical support for crops harvesting projects.","PeriodicalId":271237,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117061033","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the use of the homeostatic approach, an agile method is created that ensures effective interaction between project stakeholders and prevents conflict situations. The paper describes the agile methods of organizing process-stochastic project management. First of all, groups of processes have been identified to create a project product and project management. In addition, a list of artifact groups for each group of processes was proposed. Also, a method for determining the success of the project is set forth. In order to determine the success of the project, a multi-criteria predicate was proposed, which contains a list of indicators for assessing the success of the project. Indicators have been developed according to the selected types of artifacts. For each indicator, conditions for achievement are defined according to its type. Apart from that, situations of success and absolute success of the project are introduced and the mathematical description of the achievement of each situation is provided. Not being limited to the list of methods and tools, the project manager can evaluate and select the necessary and sufficient tools to manage the innovative project. On the basis of the proposed methods, it is possible to develop tools for agile management of innovative projects within the process-stochastic project management system. The peculiarity of the proposed system is its openness to the implementation of new processes, methods and tools into the work of the system with a minimum risk of conflict situations from the stakeholders of the project.","PeriodicalId":271237,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114184177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Part of these connections is described explicitly, like references or foreign keys in relational database model. Others remain implicit and should be discovered by a deeper analysis of relations in data. These hidden relations give a more complex and complete understanding of stored data or imply to be the required knowledge gained from a stored data. Considering data set with explicit references allows us to build a graph data model and apply approaches of graph theory to search for implicit ties. The particular example of an airspace network was investigated and an artificial locust swarm routing algorithm was implemented as an approach to search for a set of paths between airports. The attention of the paper is focused on meta-heuristic approach to reveal the significant subset of implicit relations as a part of knowledge gain procedure.","PeriodicalId":271237,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 14th International Conference on Computer Sciences and Information Technologies (CSIT)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124518183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems of complex infrastructure projects and programs that are carried out under uncertainty relate to refinement and changes in the strategy under the influence of critical external and internal influences. The relationship between the concepts “organizational development strategy” and “strategic audit of infrastructure projects and programs” is determined. Approved approaches to the auditor's assessment of the ability to react to a system of management of infrastructure projects on uncertainty factors, changes in the external environment and the degree of adequacy of organizational and economic elements of the management system that ensure the achievement of strategic goals. The algorithm of carrying out of strategic audit based on the model of organizational competence (IPMA OCB) is presented. Examples of forms of self-assessment on strategic aspects of the implementation of infrastructure projects and programs are given. An example of the form of self-assessment of the project manager and his team on behavioral competence in pursuit of strategic goals is shown.
