We present a detailed description of our noise generation algorithm that allows us to obtain preset spectral characteristics. Noise simulation results are to be used later on by the Monte-Carlo method to compute probable trajectories of an object being tracked by a navigation system. The method of the translation Ukrainian Sign Language based on concept dictionary is used. This method consists of the following steps: entering the sentence, separating on concepts and common words, using algorithm of translation, taking into account the word order in the sentence, using avatar representation or real human videos representation of signs. The architecture of the translation Ukrainian Sign Language tourist mobile application is developed. To improve such an educational process, it is necessary to provide a comprehensive information and technology support for each stage of such a process. At the stage of determining the nosological status of a child in psychological, medical and pedagogical facilities, it is advisable to use information technology to determine the peculiarities of psychophysical development. At the stage of formation of the personal educational trajectory, it is advisable to use a recommender system, which, for the needs of paraprofessionals, synthesizes information and technology training complexes. On designing such a recommender system, we include information and technology platform, a set of information technologies available for use in the education of children with special needs. Each of the technology used to educate people with special needs should not only meet the requirements and standards of software development for people with such needs, but take into account the peculiarities of the psychophysical development of a student with autism, his personal needs and possibilities. For example, students with autism have particular communication skills, since most of these children have difficulty in communicating. To study, they need solid support of their communication skills, as well as, in addition to supporting academic learning, an improving of social skills. The traditional way for solution of this problem includes careful work of experts with the archives of accidents, which reflect their causes and preventive measures to avoid such cases in the future. Nowadays, the work with these archives is carried out manually due to the lack of tools for processing acts of accidents. In this paper we offer classifiers for these archives, which could facilitate the work of experts and thus improve the quality of their solutions. Our contribution is: 1) comparison and choice of the best procedures for preprocessing data, and 2) choice and adjustment of the best methods of classifications. The program platform is Python. The multidimensional feature space is reduced to the visual presentation space to determine the information content of the data. Optimized reduction of the space dimension to two-dimensional one applying multidimensional scaling methods is used. Using piecewise linear constraints allows to implement projecting into original multidimensional feature space. Visual construction of restrictive separators makes possible to consider tolerance fields of changing of features parameters, measure separation of classes, nonlinearity of data grouping. Thus, restrictive areas of hyperspace for the necessary categories of classes are formed. At the same time, visualization of classification processes in hyperspace is provided. Information technology base is multidimensional space projecting into visual (two-dimensional) space, constructing of piecewise linear constraints of studied areas, subsequent constraints projecting into multidimensional space.
