Abstract

The methods for evaluating distant the featured character based on one of the methods of machine learning and supervised learning algorithm for linear regression are developed, which sells such training and the level of competency-based algorithm of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). These approaches and algorithms provide automation of recruitment processes, simplify search of probable candidates for the respective positions according distant learning outcomes.
