Our paper describes the design, implementation and results of SICOA, a web-based application for the automatic correction and grading of multiple-choice tests to tackle these challenges. The automatic correction is based on the optical recognition of the marks done by candidates on exams. This web-based software generates fully customized answer sheets that are printed and distributed to candidates. The applicant's personal information is encrypted and protected with a QR Code printed on exams. Answer sheets are scanned into the system and its marks are compared against previously defined exam variants with the correct answers. Digitization avoids the loss of exams, creates a digital archive of exams thus facilitating their review when analyzing the complaints of candidates or for future research work. A roll-based access control matrix is used. It simultaneously includes various mixed- radix combination of radix-2, radix-3, and radix-5 FFT operations in a stand-alone FFT-processing chip. In the main FFT -computing, a novel reconfigurable processing kernel engine is developed to support 4 configuration types of changeable hybrid-radix FFT operations. In the data storage aspect, a newly-developed 2D-FIFO arrangement structure is used to flexibly handle efficient reading and writing data-access for 36 different FFT sizes. In addition to FPGA prototyping design approach, we also provide the ASIC implementation by TSMC 90-nm CMOS technology. For building a predictive model for diabetic nephropathy. In order to extract relevant information as a prediction risk factor, we construct a golden standard corpus. 3422 admission summary notes from 2013 to 2017 in a tertiary hospital were included in the study. An information extraction method based on machine learning models is proposed to extract important information from unstructured medical record texts, in which Adaboost on Duration of Diabetes has best performance (F1=0.97), and Family history of heart disease extraction is most challenge, F1 value of best model result SVM is 0.73. In this paper, we describe neural network approaches to learn the complex behavior of high-frequency electronic circuits through learning. The training data which embed the information of high-frequency electronic behavior and their relationships with structural parameters are obtained by electromagnetic simulation. We address the issue of data generation expenses for training neural networks by incorporating prior knowledge of electronic behavior in the form of semi-analytical equations and equivalent circuits. This paper, based on the simplification of traditional transaction processing from database management system (DBMS), puts forward the concepts of update transaction and query transaction within the context of WSNs and proposes a novel transaction processing protocol, the simple transaction commit protocol (STCP), for WSN systems. In STCP, the base station, as coordinator, is responsible for initializing a transaction and broadcasting the transaction to participant nodes. The participants, on the other hand, commit the transaction according to a timer, which enables the participants to send acknowledgment or conflict messages to the base station at a regular time interval. The transactions suspended by conflict are awakened through a triggering mechanism. LRW-1000 datasets are used for training, and experiments show that the Chinese recognition rate is better than the traditional method. The simulation results show that the vertical correlation of the channel transfer function of the weak positive gradient and the weak positive gradient has the same trend with the depth when the depth of the receiver is constant. Firstly, the original samples are subjected to Gaussian filter and Linear discriminant analysis for reducing noise and dimensions. Then, the data is initially classified by traditional machine learning algorithms such as k-nearest neighbor(KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), sparse representation-based classifier (SRC)or multiple logistic regression (MLR). Combining local pixel spatial information to determine the confidence of the prediction labels. Finally, the initial prediction label is corrected by a continuous multi-layer neighborhood optimization layers to obtain a final classification label. Comparative experiments were performed on multiple hyperspectral remote sensing databases such as Indian Pines.
