Firstly, the time of use (TOU) power price are applied to coordinate the renewable energy, storage batteries, and transferable load output to formulate a daily dispatch plan. In addition, in order to reduce the influence of uncertainty factors, the interruptible load is introduced to correct the daily dispatch plan in real time. The improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) is used to realize the proposed strategy, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified in the example.","PeriodicalId":270809,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130841011","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Comparing to a large amount of previous literatures ignoring the time delays that are unbounded and non-differential, this paper gives more concern on that. Moreover, the pinning control is introduced, which is easier to realize in practice. Furthermore, the specified control strategy is designed to decrease the cost and better to utilize in numerical simulating. Sufficient conditions are also derived.","PeriodicalId":270809,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122388901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aiming at this problem, a strategy of realizing low voltage ride through (LVRT) by using super capacitor based dynamic voltage restorer (SCDVR) energy storage and doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG) is proposed. When the grid voltage fails, the active power that each of the dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) and the DFIG needs to absorb is distributed through a proportional coordination control strategy. Making full use of the compensation ability of DVR and wind turbine rotor rotational kinetic energy to ensure the grid voltage stability is constant and the wind turbines can be sustained parallel operation. The validity of the coordinated control strategy is verified by the simulation results. Numerical example results show that the coordinated control strategy can reduce the capacity and power of the dynamic voltage restorer, which is of great significance in engineering application.","PeriodicalId":270809,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"66 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121113591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Imagine an individual who tries to enter a social network through socialization. A key concern of the individual involves studying which other members of the social network he or she should interact with, so that the individual may gain the highest positional advantage, i.e., social capital. We ask the question: what ties to make with members of a dynamic social network for an individual who is trying to enter the network, to achieve a better position in the dynamic network? We formalize the dynamic social link recommendation problem. The focus of the problem is placed on modeling the evolution of social networks and the strategies for the target individual to create new ties with others. The result will be a recommendation mechanism that suggests potential members of the network whom the target individual could establish ties with. The goal is not only for the target individual to adopt the recommended output but the recommended output is beneficial to the target individual in terms of gaining a higher positional advantage. The main challenge in building such a recommendation mechanism is to identify potential links that are beneficial while taking into account the network dynamics. We aim to utilize multiple link prediction algorithms and propose edge establishing strategies to solve this specified problem. We evaluate these two sorts of strategies for average recall rate and average closeness centrality metrics, as well as other structural properties such as diameter, distribution of clustering coefficient.","PeriodicalId":270809,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127232696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a crucial factor, the motor shaft straightness has significant impact on its working performance, thus the straightening process becomes an essential step in shaft manufacturing. In order to achieve automatic straightening of the motor shaft, a motor shaft straightness control system is designed in this paper. A motor shaft straightening process is developed for this system. The factors affecting the straightness of the motor shaft are analyzed. Three deformation patterns are proposed based on the analysis of motor shaft deformation. A structure of the modular straightness control system is designed based on the motor shaft straightening process. A motor shaft straightening stroke prediction algorithm is developed based on the three-point bending process by FEM and elastic-plastic deformation theory. The validity of the system and the correctness of the straightening stroke prediction algorithm are verified by experiments.","PeriodicalId":270809,"journal":{"name":"2019 6th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126258596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the problem of solving uncertainty has become more and more complicated in the real world, so that it is hard to work them out with a haploid rational instrument. Therefore, soft sets were extended to fuzzy soft sets by some authors who have studied this area in depth. Later, Some famous researchers summarized the conception of the fuzzy soft set. What is known to us is that it plays an increasingly significant part in solving the uncertainty and inaccuracy of data sets and has become an indispensable part of existing theories. Here, we give a survey about various decision making methods and parameter parameter of fuzzy soft sets in this field and sententiously summarize some related applications.
