The results show that electromagnetic system will be affected by contact circuit. Interference of magnetic field caused by current to contact system. The influence of the magnetic field generated by the current at different times in a cycle on the magnetic latching force is analyzed, the distance between the contact and the electromagnetic system is changed to change the influence of the magnetic latching force without changing the structure of the relay. 摘要

利用ANSYS软件对某型三相磁保持继电器和单相磁保持继电器的静态特性进行了分析。建立了接触电路与电磁系统的集成模型。通过比较两种不同结构的磁保持继电器,研究了在额定电流和短路电流下触点电路对磁保持力的影响。结果表明,接触电路会对电磁系统产生影响。电流对接触系统造成的磁场干扰。分析了一个周期内不同时刻电流产生的磁场对磁保持力的影响,在不改变继电器结构的情况下,通过改变触点与电磁系统之间的距离来改变磁保持力的影响。为电磁继电器的电磁兼容性设计和优化提供了参考。
