The large negative magnetoresistance values correspond to hopping conductance on the twice occupied by electrons impurity states. Structural and morphological properties of the deposited films are analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The quantification of crystalline phases in the coatings is obtained by X-ray diffraction. The variations in thermal transformation properties due to annealing within the temperature range from 30°C to 1400°C are studied by differential scanning calorimetry. The gradient films composed of alternating ZrN and CrN layers have different microstructure and elemental composition due to deposition conditions. The average crystalline size ranging from 8 to 12 nm is observed. In contrast to this recently it was shown that a thin antiferromagnetic (AFM) layer covered by a thin metal layer having a strong spin-orbital coupling and biased by a dc current can be used as a nano-scale source of electromagnetic ac signals with frequencies close to the eigenfrequencies of AFM material (typically 0.1–10 THz). In this paper we theoretically analyze and compare performance of such THz-frequency sources based on three different mechanisms of ac signal power extraction realized via the inverse spin Hall effect, magnetic dipole emission and via THz-frequency variations of the tunneling anisotropic magnetoresistance in AFM tunnel junction. The observer based current controller guarantees asymptotic current tracking together with the simultaneous harmonic estimation and does not require high gain implementation and information about active resistance of the power filter inductance. As result the asymptotic compensation of the higher order harmonics and reactive component of the line grid current is achieved. A new observer for line voltage vector estimation is designed as well. The nonlinear observer provides fast adaptive estimation of the line voltage vector magnitude, angular frequency and position; reduce influence of line voltage distortions and measurement noise. Adsorption potential and spatial local field distribution in the system ‘nanoparticle-surface’ were calculated, their dependence on the surface structure have been studied. Both linear and nonlinear polarizabilities of the nanoparticle were taken into account. It was shown that presence of nanosized objects on the surface increases the nanoparticle adsorption and leads to the local field enhancement on the nanoparticle surface. It is shown that in the expansion of spectra into four components it is possible to estimate the nanopor sizes and to study the processes occurring in them. T-criteria was proposed as justification approach to select optimal features number based on classifiers performance.
