The theory in this study is The Circular Model of SOME. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Transformational theory and Islamic work ethics are the theoretical foundations of this research. Previous studies have shown that Islamic leadership and individual religiosity have a positive effect on employee performance through factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and Islamic work ethics. This study uses secondary research methods by collecting relevant and publicly available data from previous studies. The data will then be processed using descriptive analysis techniques to provide an overview of the relationship between research variables. The results of the analysis show that Islamic leadership has an effect on employee performance, but religiosity has no significant effect on employee performance. Dieng, Banjarnegara, is one of the areas affected by air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke. Air pollution can have negative impacts on human health and the surrounding environment. Therefore, efforts to mitigate air pollution are crucial. This abstract discusses the community efforts in combating air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke in Dieng, Banjarnegara. The research method used is a descriptive approach by collecting data through a literature review and interviews with local communities. The research findings indicate that the Dieng community in Banjarnegara has made several efforts in tackling air pollution from Geo Dipa factory smoke. Firstly, they have formed community groups that care about the environment and actively monitor the factory's activities and air quality around the facility. These groups also hold regular meetings to discuss air pollution mitigation strategies. Additionally, the community conducts environmental awareness campaigns to the surrounding community to reduce air pollution in their environment. They educate the public about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and reducing the use of hazardous substances that can contribute to air pollution. Moreover, the community advocates to the local government for stricter monitoring of Geo Dipa factory activities. They submit petitions and participate in public meetings to fight for their rights to clean air and a healthy environment. In their efforts to combat air pollution, the community also supports the development of environmentally friendly alternative energy sources. They promote the use of renewable energy, such as solar and wind energy, as cleaner and more sustainable alternatives. Overall, the Dieng community in Banjarnegara has shown a strong commitment to addressing air pollution caused by Geo Dipa factory smoke. Through community environmental groups, awareness campaigns, government advocacy, and support for alternative energy development, they strive to create a cleaner and healthier environment for the common good. One of the areas affected by air pollution is Wonorejo, Selomerto sub-district, Wonosobo district, where factories have become the main source of air pollution. This study aims to determine the impact of industrial factory smoke PT. Multi Energi Biomass, a company located in Wonorejo village, Selomerto sub-district, Wonosobo district regarding the condition of the surrounding community. The research method used is a descriptive approach by collecting data through literature studies and interviews with local communities. Data were obtained through structured interviews using a question guide covering perceptions, impacts, countermeasures, and problems encountered. In addition, field observations were made to directly observe factory activities, smoke emissions, and interactions with the surrounding environment. The results of the study revealed that the smoke from PT. Biomass Multi Energy, which is located in Wonorejo village, Selomerto sub-district, Wonosobo district, can have a negative impact on the health and quality of life of the surrounding community. Because smoke emissions are issued in the chimney at the factory continuously. Communities around the industrial factory of PT. Multi Energi Biomass, has made a number of efforts in overcoming air pollution due to the smoke from the industrial factory of PT. This study focused on the efforts of PAI teachers in improving the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung with the aim of this study to see how the efforts of Islamic education teachers improve student learning outcomes and the factors that influence them. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the efforts of PAI teachers to improve student learning outcomes are carried out by making class agreements, providing motivation, increasing concentration, using various methods, using media and conducting evaluations (2) Supporting factors for PAI teachers in improving learning outcomes students are supported by adequate school facilities and facilities as well as the enthusiasm of teachers and students in learning. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR). Classroom Action Research is a research activity by examining a learning activity that is given action, which is deliberately raised in a class, which aims to solve problems or improve the quality of learning in class. The cycle used in this study consists of cycle 1 and cycle 2. Each cycle consists of four stages of activity, namely planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. This research was conducted for 2 months starting from February 28 to May 1 in the 2022/2023 school year, according to the 2013 curriculum at Muhammadiyah 1 High School Unismuh Makassar. The subjects in this study were 28 students of class XI IPS, consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. Determining the subject of this study was based on the results of the researchers' initial observations and interviews with teachers in the field of Sociology SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar, while technical data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques using achievement criteria. The results of the research from the 1st meeting of the 2nd students were only 5 (46.46%) active people, this can be seen from the results of the teacher's observations in class. The 2nd meeting of students who were active in group discussions were 8 (73.73%) students. In the first cycle of the 1st and 2nd meetings, the average 60.23% was active, and the second cycle - an average of 88.04% with an increase of 27.91% was included in the high category. This study aims to explore the efforts undertaken by SDN 121/I Muara Singoan in improving the reading abilities of elementary school students and understanding its integral role in overall language development. Through a qualitative research approach, data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and analysis of curriculum-related documents and teaching strategies. The results of this study indicate that SDN 121/I Muara Singoan has implemented various specific learning strategies to enhance students' reading abilities. Some of these strategies include the use of engaging textbooks, group reading activities, and a library program that expands students' access to reading materials. Additionally, the role of teachers and parents is recognized as a crucial factor in improving students' reading abilities. Teachers provide continuous support through training and guidance, while parents are involved in supporting reading practices at home and providing positive reinforcement. The improvement of reading abilities among lower-grade students at SDN 121/I Muara Singoan has significant impacts on overall language development. Evaluation methods used in learning have an important role in measuring students' understanding and providing constructive feedback. However, there are not many studies that specifically consider the effectiveness of evaluation methods at the elementary school level. In this study, the research method used is qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected through class observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of related documents. Research results show that there are various evaluation methods used by teachers in elementary school, including writing tests, verbal tests, project tasks, portfolios, and direct observation. In the context of learning evaluation, it was found that evaluation methods involving students' active involvement, providing constructive feedback, and measuring in-depth understanding and application of knowledge in real contexts had a positive impact on students' performance and their improvement in learning performance. Methods such as project tasks and portfolios provide students with opportunities to develop critical thinking skills, creativity, and collaboration. Recommendations made based on this study were to involve teachers in training and developing effective evaluation methods, encouraging the use of variations in evaluation methods, utilizing technology in the evaluation process, and promoting collaboration between teachers and students in the evaluation process. This study contributes significantly to our understanding of the effectiveness of elementary school evaluation methods.
