This research aims to determine product innovation and creativity in developing arts MSMEs in Batik Manggur in Triwung Kidul sub-district. In this research, researchers hope that there will be many practical and theoretical benefits that will help in implementing new innovations and creativity in batik arts MSMEs. This research uses qualitative descriptive research with a purposive area approach as a technique for determining the location. in this case the research uses purposive sampling in batik product innovation and creativity. Mille Creeps is one of the SMEs engaged in the food industry in the region. This research was conducted with the aim of increasing understanding of effective marketing communication strategies to help MSMEs such as Mille Creeps in facing existing marketing challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the owners and managers of Mille Creeps, direct observation, and analysis of documents related to the marketing strategy carried out by these MSMEs. The collected data will be analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, by identifying the factors that influence MSME marketing communications and formulating appropriate strategies. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the challenges faced by MSMEs in terms of marketing and offer communication strategies that can assist MSMEs in increasing the success of marketing their products. This era is marked by significant changes in daily life, especially in response to the global pandemic that has hit the world. The main focus of this research is to analyze the impact of the New Normal on Indonesia's economic growth, taking into account changes in consumption patterns, adaptation of the business sector, and economic policies implemented by the government. This research method involves analyzing macroeconomic data, opinion surveys, and case studies to understand changes in consumer behavior, business strategies, and economic policies taken by the government. The research results show that Indonesia, like other countries, experienced a significant economic transformation during the New Normal period. Although there are challenges such as a decline in economic activity in several sectors, this research also identifies new opportunities that are emerging, especially in the digital and sustainable sectors. In addition, this research provides policy recommendations for the Indonesian government to strengthen and accelerate economic recovery amidst the New Normal. These recommendations include strengthening digital infrastructure, increasing investment in sustainable sectors, as well as developing policies that support digital transformation and sustainable business adaptation. Based on the problems at MI Nurul Mun'im, there are still some students who are not fluent in reading and have difficulty understanding the material. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, the research subject is the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, and one of the students in class III IV V VI. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, field observations, documentation, and active participation. The collected data was analyzed using interactive analysis. The implementation of the reading literacy movement in the field is carried out for one hour per class in turns, and the implementation time is 20 days. Reading books are provided in each class or use textbooks studied that day, to monitor student progress in the accelerated reading program. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the reading literacy movement was implemented this year and has started to run well. A teacher has a very important role in delivering learning so that it is well received by students. In addition, teachers also play a role in shaping the attitudes, behaviors, and thought processes of students. In the learning process, the teacher becomes one of the learning resources so that they must have the ability to master the subject matter. In order to carry out their duties properly, teachers must have one dimension of competence in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2007 concerning Standards of Academic Qualifications and Teacher Competencies, namely professional competence. The study used the School Action Research (PTS) method with the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models which are development models from the Kurt Lewin model. The model used consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of four components, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. This research begins with an initial reflection phase to conduct preliminary studies as a basis for formulating research problems. Furthermore, followed by planning, action, observation, and reflection The implementation of collaborative supervision can increase the professional competence of non-civil servant teachers in MTsN 1 Sintang by 18.19%. The procedure for analyzing information uses 3 steps, namely descriptive (analysis), information reduction, and information understanding. To test the validity of the information, the triangulation method is used, namely basic principles, procedures and philosophy. The results of this research prove that developing a responsible personality is very important for orphans. (1) The strategy for creating a responsible personality is making the bed every morning, cleaning the dishes after eating, practicing diligently, cleaning one's own clothes, and praying together at the prayer room near the orphanage. upbringing. (2) The aspect that supports and advocates strategies for creating a responsible personality has been attached to the family or community of origin before entering the institution, and is still carried over when living in the institution, and the emergence of a heavy-handed character and bored impulses that originate from the child. self. This study uses a qualitative method, by collecting phenomena or data regarding parenting in depth, and also using the library research method with a descriptive analysis approach, namely finding facts, ideas and data that have been collected and processed. from the thoughts of Buya HAMKA in Tafsir Al-Azhar with the Tahlili method, which explains the Qur'an in detail. As well as other literary sources that have been tested.
