Entrepreneurship is profitable for business managers in terms of turnover and creating jobs. One of the sectors that is favored by Solok Selatan Regency is banana chip SMEs which produce typical South Solok Selatan food. The problem of this research is that banana chip entrepreneurs in Solok Selatan Regency have not had good entrepreneurial behavior, the impact of this banana chip business is seen from the number of entrepreneurs who have gone out of business. Based on this, it is necessary to study the influence of the family environment and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial behavior of MSME banana chips in Solok Selatan Regency. Respondents in this study were banana chip entrepreneurs in Solok Selatan Regency with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the family environment influences entrepreneurial behavior through self-efficacy. Thus the family environment and self-efficacy play an important role in shaping entrepreneurial behavior. In class, for example, there are students who are still noisy when the teacher is explaining the lesson, there are those who go in and out of the class, there are students who talk with their peers during PAI class hours, there are some students who are late for class during PAI class hours. The purpose of this study was to describe classroom management in PAI subjects using the authority approach in class XI MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari, Kab. Pasaman and to find out what are the obstacles to class management in class management in PAI subjects using the authority approach in class XI MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari, Kab. Passover.This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research, using Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher key informants and supporting informants, namely students. In collecting data, using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To test the validity of the data using source triangulation, namely comparing the results of interviews conducted on key informants and supporting informants with the results of direct observations by the author.The results of this study are summarized as follows: (1) Whereas in class management in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari Kab. Pasaman, using an authority approach such as an order and prohibition approach, suppression and control, threats and punishment, approach and prohibition, has been carried out well. First, the forms of expressive speech acts used by Indonesian language teachers in the learning process for class VIII SMP Negeri 41 Padang. Second, the speaking strategy used by Indonesian language teachers in the process of learning Indonesian for class VIII SMP Negeri 41 Padang. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The results of this study are twofold. First, there are five forms of expressive speech acts for teachers in learning Indonesian in class VIII SMP Negeri 41 Padang, (1) expressive speech acts of apologizing, (2) expressive speech acts of praising, (3) expressive speech acts of blaming, (4) expressive speech acts expressive criticizing, and (5) expressive speech act of thanking. Second, the teacher's speaking strategy in learning Indonesian for class VIII SMP Negeri 41 Padang there are four, (1) the strategy of speaking frankly without further ado, (2) the strategy of speaking frankly with pleasantries of positive politeness, (3) the strategy of speaking directly clear with negative politeness pleasantries, and (4) vague speaking strategies. This type of research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method of the one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the results of the study concluded the following three things. First, the skills of writing explanatory texts for class XI students of SMAN 1 Sungai Tarab before using the audiovisual media-assisted discovery learning model are in the Adequate qualification (LdC) with an average value of 67.24. Second, the skills of writing explanatory texts for class XI students of SMAN 1 Sungai Tarab after using the audiovisual media-assisted discovery learning model are in the Good qualification (B) with an average value of 83.87. Third, based on the t-test, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted at the level of confidence and degrees of freedom (dk) = (n-1) because tcount>ttable (6.40>1.70). This study uses a quantitative correlation approach. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test and a linearity test. Then the final data analysis the author uses is correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that there is an influence between Islamic religious education in the family and the character of adolescents. The strength of the relationship between aspects of parental guidance and adolescent character is shown by looking at Sig. between the two variables is 0.000 (correlated). The person correlation value of Islamic Religious Education in the Family is +0.816 and the person correlation value for Adolescent Character is +0.816. (the positive sign in front of the personal correlation indicates that the form of the relationship between the two variables is a positive form of relationship). So, it can be concluded that \"There is an influence of Islamic religious education in the family on the character of adolescents in Bukit Sari, Bungo Regency\" and in conclusion the hypothesis H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted.
